When I was a younger, everyone was like all about Regine, but I was actually more excited to hear Lani, even if she sings the same song, which is Bukas Na Lang Kita Mamahalin, her control of her voice is so so amazing. I will never get tired of her live performances of this song since its released in 2000.

Lani Misalucha is a class act, a multi-faceted musical artist who performed internationally for her long-stint in Las Vegas, USA. She was the voice queen of Multiplex songs which I listened to in my teens. She's really has a wide range of tones no other singers has. Any song she can sing. She's super amazing.🤗🎼
I was there! This was the 20th founding anniversary celebration of the Manila Philharmonic Orchestra, and Lani was the final guest. She received a standing ovation after her last number entitled "Light Of A Million Mornings." For me, this is one of her best performances ever. Very classy.

Lani is one of the triumvirate of the premiere divas in Philippine music - along with Jaya & Regine. Back in late 90's up to the 1st decade of 2000's, they dominated the concert charts and record stores. Watching them performed live is worth every penny. It's a 2-hour show-stopping vocal prowess that leave you in awe. I have always been a Lani fan eversince she sang You Don't have To Say You Love Me in late 90's. And still very visible up to this day
I just love to see how waleska explains how Lani sang and efra tries to do it and that he looks so cute and funny.
She is dubbed as Asia's nightingale. Funny how she could be equally a "monster" -- monster of a performer!!! 😍

if i'm not wrong, Lani is NOT a classical singer nor is she classically trained.in one of her interviews, she mentioned that her greatest influence is whitney houston and she even used to work as a multiplex singer where she sings EXACTLY like whitney and that was her so called "training" too.i love her voice too.

"bukas kita mamahalin" means "i will love you tomorrow". contextually, "bukas na lang kita mamahalin" means "i settle with loving you tomorrow even if it's not ideal".
the lyrics talk about soulmates who are each tied with other people.
