A super head voice is a thinner version of head voice and falsetto, and it's about an octave higher than the normal head voice range.

The only exempted case for me in whistling, for example is MC. She did not choose to develope nodules since she was young which allows her to whistle until now. Other than this type of case, whistling is not a healthy addlib. The most proper technique to hit a whistle note is not through a whistle register, it's through an extended headtone, and an opera singer like Lani has it.
