Many former outcastes, Dalits, are now teaching high caste children. Shows teacher writing on board. After their Christmas dinner school boys enjoy entertainment of monkey performing tricks. Scenes of Mission Hospitals, sign reads "The salvation Army, Thomas Emery Hospital".
Shows Doctor once a Brahmin now willingly serving untouchables (Brahmin: highest priestly caste). Shows a Mission water well open to all. Christian marriage brings new ideals to Indian home life. Scene of village Pastor holding services, the Pastor is a vital force for the uplift of untouchables. Teachers, Doctors, Nurses, and Mechanics compose this congregation of transformed village outcastes or Dalits of India. Scenes of the daily lives of the people of India in the 1940's. Image of Hindu temple, an Islam Mosque, image of Jesus Christ.

Ambedkar has done great kind to his country people by not converting to any foreign religion. even the upper caste were converting to islam and christianity, so Dalits had bigger reasons of conversion. to give this a hold he announced to convert into Budhhism, countries own religion. he avoided many clashes and saved india by not going to grp of muslim or christian.

I would urge people to read the history of britishers and christens, they converted people in Latin American Continent, same in African continent, same in the indian continent. During british period ,untouchablity in India and Racism around the world picked the pace and reached hights. They only had plans to spread christianity.
