Hi what's the best butter to use for frosting cake sometime I does used magarine or cookeen.
American buttercream is the best.

You're not using the right buttercream for the Russian ball tips. You need a stiff American buttercream. This is not a good video to watch if you want to learn how to pipe with buttercream.
This video is my introduction of Russian ball icing tip along with other tips..butter cream in this video needs improvement..yess 👍
