Honestly I feel like they wouldn't know what to do with plaster of paris, and would probably end up burning jeremy's face off trying to make a mould, better off sending something like alginate lol
If you used balistics gel they would have to mold him in plater first and let's face it this is AH the only reason they did this was because it was dumb and easy. They would never actually do a full ballistics casting
Find me some semi cheap ballistics gel on amazon and I'll buy it. They only thing I can find is some gelatine, which might not work.
When it hardens you need to put it back on Jeremy's face to see if it fits
It won't but it will look damn stupid so that'll be entertaining.

Shenanigans it seems like is more secretive in the filming and involves a "suprise" factor to whomever the victim of it is. While Between The Games doesn't try to fool/hide anything from anyone at all and everyone is involved, even if there's also victims/targets (Like Jeremy most of the time) they are still in the loop during the filming of Between The Games
Between the games is basically just fuckin around. Shenanigans is basically pranks.
