No, the US is no longer expected to win these tournamens. There not.
yeah, but i expect fans to have high expectations. there are some teams who have legendary histories, those athletes may have retired but those fans are still living. they're still watching. i want to hear this from sport analysts, not from our coach. it seems like she's lowering the expectations, because she knows some blame is going to come her way. but that just comes with being a coach regardless of how fair or unfair, or not enough time to make changes.

She was a total flop in Europe with Chelsea!….Chelsea had been searching patiently for someone to replace her, and she knew her time was short! That’s why she jumped ship! The Canadian drone use wasn't just cheating. It was a serious violation of French law. Every good drone pilot knows that your pre-flight checklist should always include checking for Temporary Flight Restrictions (TFRs). There is a TFR in effect for all Olympic sites for the entire event, due to the possibility of drones being used in a terrorist attack. The assistant coach is lucky he didn't wind up in jail or having to pay a hefty fine. It's also in illegal in France to fly your drone over groups of people, just as it is in the U.S.

First time I disagree with them on this. If they expect for Emma to come in here and do the same thing as was before then they are not getting it. Emma has to adapt to her current situation she is put on including moving an entire roster around and coaching staff to get rid of all that USA is number one in the world mentality and go back to the where it got you here.

Hello Alexi. The US public that watch the Olympics is not the football lovers who watch your show. Emma is speaking to a different audience. The women pundits on other channels still talk about the game without reference to the other team as more than cannon fodder sometimes. Swaggering is going to wind the other team up. Emma is underplaying the team to the opponents. Why is US always "all about me"? See beyond yourselves. I loved US confidence when there, but it can work against you when the playing field is levelled.
