  • Here are some of Francisca's top supplementation tips for a speedy recovery after the onset of some winter ills and chills.
    Zinc: 25mg twice daily.
    Quercetin: 300mg three times daily.
    Vitamin D3: 6000-10,000 IU in 3 separate doses - so that's 2000 - 3300 x 3.
    Vitamin C: up to 100mg every 3 hours (tolerance dependent).
    Mushrooms: Chaga/Reishi/Shitake/Turkey Tail 1/2 - 1 tsp once daily in a hot beverage.
    The staples: lots of water, raw food, smoothies, that sort of thing - easier on digestion, so your body can concentrate on virus-fighting!
