Obviously your country has no pick up of garbage. This is sooooo unexcepted, while other countries are being charged if throwing away garbage with fines.... Asians, no problem with throwing theirs anywhere they want! You at least are doing something, while others just keep making the area's where they live AWFUL! GREAT JOB, in being concerned.
