Today street was flooded after has heavy rained. it's very difficult for passengers drive car and specially who drive motor it very dangerous as you see in my Video.
It's important to work quickly and efficiently to remove the clog before the streets flood. This requires coordination between the personnel involved in the task, including plumbers, maintenance workers, and emergency responders.
In addition to unclogging the drain, it's also important to take measures to prevent future clogs. This can include regular maintenance of the drain, educating the public on proper waste disposal, and implementing policies to reduce the amount of waste that goes into the drain.

Someone should come along and mark the gutters where the drains are with acrylic or oil paint periodically so you can find the drains easier instead of trying to guess where they are.

I commend you on your efforts. I just can't understand why people throw trash out into the road or anywhere else. Roads get flooded just with natural debris. Idk why they want to live with trash everywhere. :( People are just disgusting. I do hope you deal with trash appropriately but it looks like you just left it there :(
