@@AJourneyFromNothingthis is the second vid of yours I've seen . I just found your channel and the other vid I saw was of the apartments in Lewisville , Texas ... from 12 years ago . Do you remember them ? I'm certain they sit behind Round Grove Road ... aside from that pond , there's also a canal that comes from another pond that runs in between some of the apartments ... in some sections it's really pretty . There's actually a spring there , in the pond that feeds the canal . A couple times during the hottest weather I sat on a rock at the edge of it and where I had my feet the water was ice cold . There's actually a good bit of magic in this area ... I have found a number of springs and clay pools in the woods within a half mile of there ... even a waterfall in the woods that drops into a spring-fed claypool . If you haven't been here in years , alot of it has changed ... the fields and trees dying as more and more land turns into buildings , concrete , blacktop ... it's depressing .
@@AJourneyFromNothingWhat you went through with your wheels , I've gone through that a number of times over the years with my cars ... sometimes I've had a car , sometimes I didn't . Personally having a car made quite a difference in my life . Can you find some flea markets and fairs near you where it would be easier for you to sell the sage necklaces ? Are there any shop owners around there who will let you sell your necklaces in there ? Maybe also some unusual jewelry stores , coffee shops , cafes , boutiques ? Maybe sell it to them in bulk and let them worry about if they want to mark them up and charge a little extra so they can make some profit ? That way you just made your money up front in one lump . Look I really hate to see you go without your wheels because you can make decent money doing gigs as like a wedding photographer and whatnot . Years ago I worked as an assistant to a highly successful wedding photographer and man it was great . I remember the first one and it was for these rich people . At one point he said okay take a break now and he said get yourself a glass of champagne and have some of the buffet . I can also see you making money photographing and videoing musicians and bands , entertainers , actors , dancers .
Parting out your broken car could net you close to 10K when you are done Purposely underprice all the parts so that you can guarantee people buying them from you.
A few things, but now it’s definitely the motor, I had someone look at it, mentioned it was a busted piston. Motor is done, at least for me. surprisingly starts when battery is charged, but just real rough sounding.
@@AJourneyFromNothingMan it's really a shame you probably don't know a really good HONEST mechanic that would go to one of those places with you that's a really good junkyard like what they have here in Dallas called something like Pick-n-Pull . I'm really hoping you get the miracle you need so that you can still have that car up and running .
@@AJourneyFromNothingI don't know anything about motors ; so I don't know if a piston can easily be replaced or if that goes it means forget it you need another motor . What if the guy was wrong ? I hope there's some way you can get a second opinion
@@AJourneyFromNothingone more thing someone pointed out to me that a good place to look for decent used cars for sale but sometimes in the retirement communities and assisted living places because some of these old people realize they can't drive anymore were there too sick to drive and they they just want to get rid of the car cheap sometimes ... that's how a friend of mine got a car years ago . Is there someplace around you that sounds like it's called Elkins Park or Alkens , maybe Aikens ? I feel you find something there some kind of help or something you need
