Excellent as always. I absolutely love your work. So many of your prints have hit the gaming table. Thank you! :)
Thanks WIll, I appreciate all the support:)
I've been looking for something like this for a while, very excited!
Thanks for checking it out Nick:)
It would be cool if the inside was functional, like a cavern system. It could be at least two tiers. Every six inches or so and you just pull off the top to reveal another playable layer.
Thanks for the comment Sean:) Something like this did cross my mind but my concern is it would look cool but would not get used on the tabletop. Maybe a short wall thing. I think the cliffs for sure could make a nice hiding place for a dungeon level but I would think it would end up being pulled out on the table to play out. I have a hard time imagining a DM making everyone stand up to look down into a pit to play out an encounter, or moving to one side of the table. What are your thoughts. Are you imagining access in a different way from me?
@@gamescape3d yes, I was thinking a short wall thing but like 2-3 story's. So like you could have an entrance at the top maybe and as the players go lower into the catacombs you could reveal the next layer with cavern walls. Similar to a castle with rooms or building but caverns with different areas. I hope that makes sense.
@@sean210420 I'll have a look, I think I get it, so it is more of a free standing thing than something merged into the walls. I think that would work, I'll see where things are at this month time wise with the basic features and testing. It may be a nice new loyalty reward also:) Thanks for the input!
The stonework here is exceptional. I gather you were inspired by the hard-to-obtain Game of Thrones Ice Wall set? You've opened a ton of options with these!
I wouldn't say inspired as much as guiltlessly imitated:) Though I only saw one brief video of the cliffs. It was easy to think of a ton of improvements since I don't have to vacuum press the end design. Do you know where it comes from originally? I was told Dwarven Forge but it doesn't really have their feel .
@@gamescape3d I'll stick with "inspired" given how much you've added. It comes from a company called Funko.
@@TalismancerM Ah Thanks for the info, I'm too far along to really change anything but it would still be nice to take a closer look at. Thanks a bunch for the info!
@@TalismancerM finally found the cliffs, funko is a popular word. I didn't realize they were completely unrelated to 28mm . I guess there is not much to it.
@@gamescape3d The toy set got popular in the terrain crowd because they work well at 28mm and there's little else out there. They now sell on Ebay for ~$50 and people dont just buy one. I'll def be using yours as much more adaptable...cheers!
Awesome, looking forward to it.
Thanks Mike!
Very cool!
Thankyou!
Is there a waterfall option for the top finishing caps?
Thanks for the question. That is one of the requests I've been asked to add. I'll take a run at it. All the 3d Printed waterfalls I've seen look awful compared to resin and I'm not confident I can find my way on that either but I will try. Certainly a dry waterfall that people can add resin to is viable.
