Wonderfully enlightening and helpful, thank you.
... Thank you so much!... It is great to have accurate information like this, from people who know what they're talking about. We are all devoted to the health of our society.
You know whats funny, I've been thinking about microdosing for my PTSD and depression. Just thinking about it and hearing all the positive stories makes me feel better, like a placebo effect without taking anything. They wanted to give me Zoloft but the side effects were not a risk I wanted to take so I was feeling hopless. Now I have hope that someday I'll actually feel happy again.
I love this. "Just thinking about it and hearing all the positive stories makes me feel better, like a placebo effect without taking anything." Crazy how that happens, isn't it? Having more positive things in your life - even just hearing positive stories - can absolutely help. Good luck to you!
I was on Zoloft for ~5 years after my Dad died. I wasn't real depressed anymore but I wasn't real happy anymore. Numb and no libedo ever. I weened myself Cold turkey quitting Zoloft doesn't work. 1/2 a 75 mg for the rest of the bottle and moved on...
Getting ready for my first experience with micro dosing B+ soon. Hopeful for good results. Been studying and researching all about the experience. My grower is learning everything about growing them.
God bless you 🙏🏼
28:34 "Antidepressants make you less sad." I wonder if that's because they spawned from an intention to "get rid of" depression. That's the mentality, the state of consciousness, behind the whole industry that created the drugs. We, collectively, weren't coming at it from the wisdom of embracing emotions, of an expanded perspective on life, like what is facilitated through psychedelics. We tried to excise depression, and that's precisely what we did (and no more).
This is very interesting information. Thank you
Thanks for this Golden Conversation and info! :)
James - what a guy!
Great info thanks.
i'm researching microdosing prior to starting psilocybin for my ms.. improving how i 'feel' would be great... neuroplasitcity could be life altering.. anyone one out there with MS tried this?
This was very informative, thank you! I have a 16 year old with MBTI and really appreciate your conversation about concussions and lion's mane and psilocybin. I would have loved to ask if you have a recommendation on age and also which psychedelic you are seeing results with (Golden Teacher etc.). If anyone can answer these questions, I'd be very grateful! Thank you!
I am tapering off a high dose of Xanax. Can I micro-dose as well to help with my brain? Thanks
Hi, I tried my first micro dose this morning, (0.2g) it was okay…😊 I was thinking about taking another slightly higher micro dose this evening. Is this too soon? It’s not like doing a heroic dose, so I was just wondering. Thanks. ( This question will not be answered.lol) No problem.
You can do whatever feels right and safe, but the general consensus around microdosing is that the days off should help you figure out if the days you microdose are helping or not. So taking more on the same day wouldn't really align with that, and I don't think that'd be in the realm of microdosing anymore
