I have similar set ups and all my raised beds, but I will say the different technique I use is not too warm the tube with a lighter, I typically bring out a cup of boiling water.. outside of that difference I’d say you and I run similar lines
Yes, I have seen the boiling water trick too. Anything to soften up the plastic so it slides on the connector easier. These systems are very convenient!
