    100kg bench almost kills him if it wasn’t for the spotter. Proceeds to say ‘yep so I did 100kg. Spotter didn’t do anything so 110 now.’ My guy the spotter clearly lied to you. Unless if physics have lied to me this whole time, how can the bar at halfway begin to fall on you but then you just push it up like it was 30kg from that point onwards? Clearly the spotter did help.

      BeNGrAnT2002x tf you on about? Ive clearly had instances where at halfway I’ve been able to push the weight up after being stuck. But look at the way it shot up for him? If we are taking second win in account, the weight would move up slow. Not fast. You don’t need to do resistance training to know that shit anyways so your argument is just as stupid

    Nice video but I noticed a few off things.
    1) Josh definitely helped on the bar
    2) Potential excuse on the deadlift
    3) They're chin ups not pull ups
    4) Excuses that the other exercise took a toll on the plank
    Im not against being honest but half the video was excuses and flops, doesn't really show the best side to you.
    Good luck :)

      @itsnottimetostop4462 Před 4 lety +2

      1) It's not really his fault the spotter claimed he didn't help.
      2) Not an excuse, he said he couldn't feel his back. It's a safety precaution.
      3) He made a common mistake, it's not a big deal. I don't see how that relates to a 'flop' or 'excuse'.
      4) I'll give you that, although a 5 minute plank is still impressive. He did say he was going to stop after 5-6 minutes beforehand though.

      @@itsnottimetostop4462 I do agree with what your saying, my point was there were "excuses" throughout the whole video, promoting others to make BS excuses even if his are real.

      Even PT’s need someone to encourage them to do more than they can you can only push yourself so far but with the extra encouragement coming not from your mind you may be able to do more plus helps you focus on lifting and not keeping count how many reps/sets you’re doing
