The best freaking Chanel to watch if you are serious about working out... Started my journey around 4-5months ago and recently cause of some issues regarding my training I started doing even more research and stumbled upon RP. I can't even begin to describe how helpful all the information is to me. Long story short I was pretty much overtraining for a long time and saw no or little progress in rep strength and the weight in pretty much everything stayed the same. 4 to 5 months I'm considered a beginner so doing 9 sets of chest 2 times a week to FAILURE was stupid to say the least. I Just want to say a huge thank you to Dr. Mike for making everything related to weight training simple and understandable, with all the BS out the having a lot of people over complicating this, RP is a miracle of a Chanel. Huge thanks Dr. Mike!

Dr Mike on point as usual! I love it that you stress that the normative reference is an AVERAGE since there is generally a substantial amount of variation within the human population which is evident when looking at data dispersion in studies on human subjects (I'm heavily generalizing here) there is usually a lot of variation around the mean at both sides for almost every given variable (again generalizing) compared to for example animal studies where genetics and environment are controlled variables.
