    Correction from the company: The "weight is made of cement with an outer shell. Additionally, we offer a warranty for it.This composition has obvious benefits in terms of durability, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance, and it is common in home gym equipment."

      Great video, thanks! Do you know of anything similar but that only goes up to 100 lbs? Or less?

  • @SkylerKing
    @SkylerKing Před měsícem +4

    Incremental weight jumps can be done via a weighted pin. You can also overload the stack by using the same weighted pin to hang plate weights. The weighted pin I am describing is essentially a 13mm weight stack pin, but rather than a little handle at the end, it has a 50mm sleeve, similar to a barbell, for the purpose of loading with plate weight.

      They have a G5 version, which has a steel stack. I just got one. I haven't seen any promos for the G5, I actually can't even see it on their website. I got mine from Temu for ~$630.

      @@Joe-qs2bq that’s the one I was somewhat comparing them too. I almost wanted to review that one, but figured that’s been done already. I also really wanted to see how this cheaper one would compare. I think if you’re just looking for a single stack and else, this thing does the job.

    Great video! In China they make hybrids of these: both weight stack and plate loaded combined. This technology I believe is the future for budget home gyms since the biggest cost is "weight" and logistics.🤔

    Can you put J-cups on the front tube? That's one of the things that's always intrigued me about those bells of steel towers is the fact that you can put two of them side by side and then use them as a squat rack because they're designed to be able to handle J cups and spotter arms.

    I enjoy my Titan Fitness Wall Mounted Pulley Tower (Tall) but I have to load the plates (I'm lazy). There is a convenience factor in a stack but not for 3x the price and that stack doesn't have small enough increments. Mine doesn't have foot plates, but this gives me an idea. Thanks for a great review.

    Can you use a free weight stack pin with this easily to add weight to the stack?
    I am for the most part looking at the Bells of steel cable tower weight stack version. But trying to justify the cost difference. I am interested to know how this compares.

      I honestly don't know about that. I've since given this away to my neighbor as a I got a new stack coming in. I will say the default stack is pretty heavy on its own right with the 1:1 setting
