    This is track 4 of the album, the jackets are different but the sound is the same.
    linkco.re/1MsN...
    đŸ—’ïž How to use
    Either speakers or earphones can be used.
    Please set the volume to a level where you can faintly hear the tinnitus.
    If there is no discomfort, there is no problem hearing with only one ear.
    If you listen louder than necessary, you may feel the tinnitus louder after you stop the playback.
    ⏳ How long?
    It depends on the condition of your ears and your tolerance to sound. Do not listen for long periods of time from the beginning but start with short periods of time, such as a few minutes, tens of minutes, or hours, and increase the playback time as you check for any discomfort or fatigue in your ears.

    A version with white noise is here.
    If this sound is too stimulating, the version with white noise is easier to hear.

    Well.. it works for me if replacing one annoying sound with another is the cure. Is it supposed to have a long term effect?

      Music therapy for tinnitus is medically called Tinnitus Retraining Therapy, please search for more information.
      It is reported that TRT shows improvement in about 70% of people.
      In any case, it seems difficult to cure completely, but it is likely to settle down to a level that does not interfere with your life.

    Is the idea that if I listen to this often it can help to reduce tinnitus since I am listening to the sound that is my frequency?

    • @tinnitus_cure
      @tinnitus_cure  Pƙed rokem +3

      Yes, we cannot guarantee the effectiveness, but it is said that symptoms can be relieved by continuously listening to sounds that provide relief.

      @tinnitus_cure  Pƙed rokem

      Se la condizione Ăš la stessa quando gli auricolari vengono invertiti da sinistra a destra, non si tratta di un problema dell'apparecchiatura, quindi Ăš possibile che questa banda di frequenza nell'orecchio sinistro abbia una perdita uditiva.

      Strictly speaking, it is better to search for the closest frequency using a dedicated device, but these are only simplified, so please select the sound that you feel the most reduction from a sensory standpoint.

    • @tinnitus_cure

      If listening with earphones or headphones, 1-2 hours a day is good considering the strain on the ears.
      If you listen through speakers, you can listen longer.
      In any case, we recommend that you stop the sound for a while and reset your ears after listening for a few hours👂

      Maybe there is a problem in this frequency band in the left ear. You can find out by doing a hearing test on each ear.

      One of the causes of tinnitus is that it is a symptom of the brain overworking to hear more of the frequencies that have become difficult to hear.
      Unfortunately, no fundamental cure has been established, but there is a mechanism by which listening to sounds that contain the frequencies that have become difficult to hear calms the brain, resulting in a reduction in tinnitus, and this audio uses that theory.

      Try it on other devices such as PCs and TVs.
      If you still cannot hear, your hearing loss may be progressing, and you may want to have it checked out by an ENT.
