Great experience! Your laser is really powerful. Soon I will run it on my CNC machine. Great video !

      @@Lasertree Wow. I haven't even heard of this one. How many laser diodes does it have? 8 pcs? I just heard that it is not enough just to increase the number of diodes. It is also necessary to rotate each of them by a small degree relative to each other. Since they shine with a line. Or is it not?
      In the module that I already have 4 laser diodes installed. By the way, I upgraded your module. Created a model and printed on a 3D printer. Now your four-diode module can work with and without compressor airflow) Soon I will post a video ... about this.

Wow, very much looking forward to your video. It feels like it's going to be great.
      Yes, it built-in 8pcs of the most powerful 5.5W laser diodes built in, each with a micro-FAC lens to optimize the beam size.

    You did not measure the thickness of the cut. You measured one side of the cut to the other.

    Dear friend,
    I have a 10W Sculpfun S30 Pro, I recently bought a 20W laser head, LT 4LDS V2, it came with the driver, I turned it on as the diagram sent me, but it's not working as I would like. When I turn on the driver key, the laser already fires, scratching the piece, and it also doesn't turn off when the work is finished. Can you help me?

    How can you possibly measure the thickness of the wood by clamping the _burnt_ sides?
    You must be measuring wrong.

    where does the LT-80w-AA-Pro compare to this?

    • @Lasertree
      @Lasertree  Před 8 měsíci

      V1 is no longer available, you may consider V2 (20W). Compared to the LT-80W-AA-PRO (10W), it is more powerful and can cut thicker materials as well as having a faster cutting and engraving speed.
