BACK-TO-BACK 🏆 @_quincy_wilson defends his title by setting a new meet record with a time of 45.13 🤯 ✅ Meet Record ✅ U.S. #1 ✅ Personal Best 🔜 2024 U.S. Olympic Trials Video: @chriscabret & @FitzDunk
44.59. With an amazing science of his body and of the race . He was last 80 meters to the line. Should he go to college ???? He is well spoken, humble... I am scared of the NCAA, SEC...rythm
Quincy Wilson is from another galaxy.i pray that they do not burn him early. Maybe he should turn pro like Noah Lyles did.....college has destroyed so many...❤
@@UhuruSasa85 I think you meant if it doesn't make him slower. Either way, a lot of elite runners have "quirks" to their form. Michael Johnson had low knee lift, Jim Ryun's head looked like it was on a swivel, Usain Bolt had a slight hip roll to compensate for one longer/shorter leg. "Perfect" form really only matters in the hurdles. Mis-step in hurdles and your face will end up where the bottom of your shoes should be.
@@wayneegli8379he knew exactly what he was talking about!! How dare you assume AND correct him. If it DOESN'T make him faster, DON'T correct his form. He was absolutely on point and then you go on with this stupid ass thesis that PROVES him right!!! I ran track in HS and College and now I coach. It's pseudointellectual bullies like you that taint the internet and the sport. Sit your dumb ass down and let US real fans and enthusiasts enjoy the greatest sport on earth
Can't wait to be running the highschool 400m again along with 4x4 and high jump in sofmore year I started track in freshman year and fell in love with it
I co-sign on all the “track loving” comments here. I ran from 7-12th grades. Never did any other sport. Wasn’t all that great at it, but I LOVED the competition 😂. Today, as a “seasoned adult”, I still love the sport and STILL get nervous when certain races are ran by my favorite athletes……🤭🤭
@@d-mac7092 wait can you create track content I would just love to see how other people are with it especially adults. Also do you have any advice to give out to young track runners as a previous runner
I ran the 400 in high school snd i tell ya that is the only distance that made me vomit. I also ran the 100, 200 and 1500 but the 400 was the perfect storm of sustained all out effort for an uncomfortably long time.
You never tried the 800 at a competitive level then. That’s 500 meters of going 90-95% and then going 110% the last 300 meters.. maybe more. If done right.. you won’t be able to feel your legs shaking and it will feel like someone lit a bottle of whiskey on fire from your stomach to your lungs. The only event that ever made me throw up was cross country and I would still rather run a 5K compared to an all out 800 and I was a middle distance guy and the 800 was my specialty lol
@@darthsilversith667 I never made the cut for 800. Didnt even come close. Im adept to sprints or long distance so the 400 was a good in between that I was proficient in. I ran cross country as well but that settled into my long distance stride so I was ok 👍🏽 But I cant imagine 800...my heart and lungs would just pop I suppose 😄 Ill accept my fate!
A lot of people need to remember this name as long as he have life in his body and decide to run track and field he's going to be dangerous remember what I tell you ♥️💯🇯🇲🇺🇸🙄🫣🤗🤫🫢🤔🤟👍
To run 45.13 with that form is crazy
literally
He ran a 44.59
I think he knows what he’s doing
Hey if it gets him to the trails so be it. He is a beast and will definitely win medals in the future, bad form or not

Run young man, run !!! FUTURE CHAMP !!!
ANOTHER GREAT ATHLETE HAS ARISEN 💪🏾
He’s going to be the first high schooler to go under 44 secs
His 44.59 is enough for me. It's huge enough. He is actually the 5th man. This could allow him to go to Paris for the 4×4.
Yes, he woke up this morning 5th in the Nation among all men, at age 16! 🤷🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾. Amazing
I love track and field
Me too especially when you get to run it
I SEE YOU. Q
I'M LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING YOU IN THE FUTURE
ANOTHER ONE KILLING THE TRACK🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤❤

A Champion on the move. Keep up the good work.

Unbelievable 😮😅
The Young Beast!
Sheesh do you even fix the form or let it ride.
If it doesn't make him faster let it ride.

I think what they are saying is if fixing his form doesn't make him faster, then why bother
They ain't had a need to fix it yet so IT must be his super power.

Started in 8th grade just to try it and didn’t take it serious but loved it
@@Alanna_B1 yeah I don't think how serious I had to take it either but after the first or second practice I just loved it

He hasn’t even come into his man strength yet. AMAZING
Anyone else not suprised that he has a GREAT block start?
I thought 52 seconds was fast when I ran. Obea Moore was the phenom back then. Quincy will do great things.
The future face of U S track and field!!!
He is real good GROWN MAN TIME.YEH
Still have some growing to do.💪🏾
Yeh GROWN MAN TIME HE RSN BUDDY😅
