    After all this exercise why i saw many professional archer are fat?

      I see many people at the gym who are big. Sometimes that is just their body type. The same as how I eat 4000 calories a day, and im 6ft 120lbs.

      Preferably 3 sets of at least 6 reps per exercise. Pay attention that you perform every exercise as stable and careful as possible. You want to achieve greater muscle coordination which you achieve by more reps instead of, for example, 3 really explosive squats.
