Honestly buying the Bose Sleepbuds saved my life, I became depressed due to noisy neighbours and decided to go all in on a pair, since then I’ve slept amazingly, words can’t describe how effective they are against noise

I use earplugs, beats by dre and then play 10 hour brown noise at the same time and it literally blocks any sound for me. I just have trouble with vibration like doors closing or heavy footsteps but it has helped me tremendously. I feel more energized my anxiety lowered and i felt normal again. I highly recommend you trying this method

@@Jaya1515 step 1. Put earplugs in like the ones you use for monster truck shows or construction. 2. Put on noise canceling headphones (beats) or ones that cover your whole ears, step 3. Go on youtube and play brownnoise. If you’re a side sleeper this might be uncomfortable. they also sell noise canceling headphones specifically for sleep, you can look into that, this is the poor mans option but it works for me! First off, they take a little getting used to. The first night getting the sound right was a challenge and it kind of kept me awake. So for the second two nights I took a sleeping pill too. By the third night no sleeping pill and my ears/brain had learned this was "good sound", and my partner's loud snoring is no longer a problem for me (or him as I no longer have to shove him multiple times in the night). Also don't think you have to make the sound too loud - it seems to get louder after a few minutes settling in. I'll also say that they are WAY MORE comfortable than foam ear plugs. So my advice is to be patient the first few days and maybe take a sleep aid for a couple of nights to help you become accustomed to the sound and feel. I love mine now.

I've been using noise isolating earbuds to sleep for upwards of a decade now. Usually I have brown noise playing in the background. My major issue has always been having to be wired in. Shure earbuds were great, in that they provided a low profile and durable headphone. The wire needs changing every few years but at least that's something you can do with them. One big issue though, you need to be plugged into a device while you're sleeping and the wire can lead to tangling in your sleep.
That's why I got them. They are super soft, have an ultra low profile, and have very comfortable fit. The case will charge them for you and has its own battery as well. 16hours of runtime - awesome.
Does it have the brown noise I'm used to, not quite. I'd say "warm" is pretty close and suitable. I also fall asleep on planes like a baby and that noise is also provided.
If you sleep with any sort of noise machine, try these guys, I'm quite pleased.

BIGGEST problem with the buds is you hear the loop points .. that’s a fatal flaw in the sound design of the product and once you hear that join its impossible to ignore it. I think Bose could have done a way better job on this. There are small companies selling apps online that do an amazing job with their sound production for sleep and relaxation and with Bose it just feels they made no real effort to get this crucial part right.

I am not satisfied with SleepBuds. After reading a lot about the SleepBuds online and watching a lot of review videos, I was convinced to give it a try. The problem is I had to purchase the SleepBuds online because there is no official store of Bose in my area. Though Bose offers a trial period for using the SleepBuds without the need to pay the full price when I purchased the SleepBuds, this offer was not available on the online store of Bose. Now that I am not satisfied with using the Bose SleepBuds, they are just lying around and I don't know what to do with them. They are in an absolute fresh condition just like new. @FaysalAkbik Před 6 lety +6

Simple, find me a set of low profile bluetooth headphones that will last the night at the audio level I want, and I'd have considered them.
Most bluetooth headphones will not last 8 hours at higher volumes.
Most bluetooth headphones that even claim 8 hours tend to be a lot bulkier and less comfortable to sleep in. I've tried them. They also tend to not last the full 8 hours. And you'll get annoying loud beeps as they go from 25% battery downwards.
The cheaper option is to go wired but you'll need headphones that are 1)comfortable, 2)low profile, 3)are durable/have a replaceable cord. (The latter point is important due to inevitable shear force from moving in sleep and getting tangled.) Shure fits the bill perfectly for this and even their lower end buds suitable for this are at the $100 range. I've tried your cheapo $10-40 ones and honestly theyre just not comfy and definitely do not last. I've had the Shure's ive been using for years thanks to the ability to replace its cord.
So wireless, ultralow profile, soft, comfy, and 16 hour batter life? That rocks. I think they have a smaller market they are selling these to and are hoping to grow it, but I am thankful they made these.

When he said the noises inside your head he meant like annoying thoughts that keep people awake right?
I definitely suffer from that. It’s probably even worse than my fiancé’s snoring 💤
But the snoring can be pretty bad. Sometimes I worry that he could have sleep apnea. I haven’t heard him gasping for breath or anything. So I hope he’s okay...

1st step in the right direction. The technology is still not good enough for more at the moment. However, maybe in 2020 will get the perfect combination between sleeping and musical earbuds, small and powerful enough to do the job.

  • @clintcarlson5531

So many people here that don't really understand what these are. They're so tiny that you can sleep on your side and you can't feel them at all. There are over ten different sounds, and you can set an alarm so it doesn't wake your partner up. You can't sleep on your side with corded earbuds because they're too big and the cord is a nuisance. I have them and they're worth every penny. "Silicone earplugs $5.00." You're not their target market buddy. They're selling a ton of them, and they've improved my sleep more than anything else I've done ever.

I have used snoreraser for many years. The snoring specific masking sounds mask the snoring completely at the lowest possible volume of any sounds on earth. I can't imagine why anyone would spend $250 on sleepbuds when snoreraser works better, for about one-tenth the price!

CZcams has hours and hours of “ANY” tranquil noise or sound you want for sleeping. Ear plug ear buds cost $11.00 (Best Buy.. etc). Sleep in any position you want by utilizing a neck pillow- horseshoe shape takes all pressure off ear when laying sideways. (And it’s very comfortable). I’ve been sleeping like this for years... Save the $240.00.
