That model will always be the "Cloud Buster" to me. That was it's original name when it was made by Comet.

You’re clearly a talented and experienced modeler! Curious; do you recall if the plane required the extra nose weight before you put it into storage?
I do not remember on nose weight but on models after this one I concentrated on making the tail lighter. One could probably use a larger propeller which would add some weight.
