Great job on giving a comprehensive view of the Dallas real estate scene. Your video offers a 360-degree insight that's both informative and helpful.
Thank you so much for watching !
Thank you for making this!!
& thank you for watching Rob!
Just got here in Nov 2023 from LA. I love it already. Can't wait to find our forever home.
Glad you like it ! It really resonates with many people
Glad to see someone not with a rancher accent or cowboy hat actually giving us the straight talk on DFW. My brother in law is from FW. Really feeling worn out by super high costs in the greater Seattle area and I really want to go back to school online but costs here would crush me.
Thank you for watching! You should give the DFW a chance :)
You are the BEST!!❤
Thanks for an informative video! I'm considering moving from Los Angeles to Dallas with a young family (partner with little kids). I'm also Asian-American. I've only been to DFW once for about two weeks. I loved it. I had a great time. People were friendly, food was great, Dallas was beautiful, and I also loved the sights and sounds of Ft. Worth! However, after I told my friends that I'm thinking about moving to Dallas, my (possibly biased) California friends tell me that it's more (passively) racist in Texas. For example, one story sticks out to me. A friend who is also Asian-American, she was born and raised in California, fits into American culture very well, she's quite polite and respectful, doesn't have any personality problems, and in fact she's politically moderate to conservative. She told me that she went to a nice restaurant in Dallas with a white friend. She ordered something on the menu, but their waiter completely ignored my Asian-American friend. He ignored her several times and at different times too, despite her asking politely if she could please order this for dinner. The waiter finally took her order only when her white friend ordered on her behalf, saying, something like: "I'm not sure if you heard my friend, she asked you a few times already, but my friend would like to order this please." Only then did the waiter take the order down. They couldn't think of any reason why the waiter would ignore my Asian-American friend except that they didn't like Asians for some reason. I don't have any reason to doubt my friend's story, but I've never experienced anything like that in Texas as an Asian-American (although my friend is East Asian with her parents originally from Taiwan, whereas I'm Southeast Asian, but honestly I'd prefer to forget color and simply say I'm American first and foremost). I'm just wondering if you had any thoughts on (passive) racism in Dallas? Was this just one of those bad experiences that can happen in any major city? Or do you think this kind of thing is common in some parts of Dallas or Texas in general? Thanks in advance!
Thank you for watching ! I’m glad you liked your stay here in Dallas. Tbh those events can happen to anyone anywhere that isn’t such a alarming interaction that would personally deter me away. We haven’t had many of these experiences here we had way more positive interactions with people if anything and my family is all south-Asian. No matter where you go, you are bound to meet ppl that rub you the wrong even in the most friendliest places !
Dear Sir,
I hope you are well. I researched your CZcams channel. Your channel Video is very good but there are many Gaps in the videos.
1. Video SEO isn't done.
2. Videos don't have to add End screens.
3. Videos don't have Rank Tag.
4. Video Views and subscribers are very low.
If you do the above tasks correctly and upload your videos, then your channel will grow much more than the current time.
I can help you If you want.
Thank you
Peace and mercy of God
May I know something if it is possible?
Know what?
I just move from NY to Collin County
Welcome to the DFW ❤️❤️
Ah, Gorgeous
