    Hi Emily is windsong ranch built out yet and any new planned Comunnities like windsong coming to prosper additional master plan Comunnities

      Windsong Ranch still has new build opportunities starting in the $700s. Mosaic in Celina is developed by the same developer as Windsong Ranch and has just started breaking ground in 2023.
