- Today I'm at Giordano's in Ft. Wayne, Indiana, attempting their Deep Dish Pizza Challenge! Challengers have a short 25 minutes to finish a medium cheese deep dish pizza. Winners get the meal for free, a shirt, and go up on the wall of fame. If you can beat the record time, you also win free pizza for a year! If you are unsuccessful, you pay $25 for the meal and take home leftovers.

Nice WIN!!! Those Deeeeeep Dish Pies are so hard to eat more than 2 slices... I've only had Pizza Popolis in Michigan & Toledo OH but can only usually do a slice or 2. How you just killed a whole medium is beyond me!! Congratulations man!! and Damn that PIE looked amazing! I've heard great things about Giordono's and can't wait to get out and try one!!

Yes, that’s definitely a risk. If you watch closely at the beginning, I’m checking the texture of the cheese at the first few bites to see what it’s like. I should have started a little earlier to be honest, it was a little cooled.

Keith Helton won the 75 Lap Late Model Sportsman Race the concrete jungle had a field of 75 cars tonight except my favorite division Matthew's Street Stocks it was a hell of a mess, Bro a lot of Street Stock Cars were wrecked, crashing, ramming and spinouts and the NASCAR Officials had called the race after 9 laps of Saturday Night Mayhem Street Stock racing the Street Stocks we're gonna race 25 Laps they finished in 9 Laps
#0? Daniel McMurray won the race, #25 Rob Austin Finished 2nd and #11 Jamie Meadows Finished 3rd let me tell you, Nathan
It was the worst Street Stock Race I had been in my life at the Concrete Jungle at Kingsport Speedway and I am freaking pissed off

That's a Stuffed Crust pizza, kind of different than the typical Deep Dish here in Chicago. I've had it several times though I prefer the typical Chicago Pan or Deep Dish variety from another establishment. I think the Giordano's crust is easier to eat because it's softer and while what you ate was only a medium it's still quite substantial and you absolutely destroyed the record. It was impressive to watch! Did you go for a good run afterwards? LOL

Nathan, Giordano's has been around a long time and is much loved here in Chitown, it's good. It's just not my first choice. I like Lou Malnati's & Pequods, along with some independent pizza places. I don't think there is a single "BEST" pie, I haven't eaten them all. What you destroyed in your video was impressive and I do like Giordano's, I've just kind of found it to be location specific.

I was so disappointed with American pizza when I worked there years ago - it's typically just thick dough with a single ingredient sparsely spread, with nothing but crust for 2 inches around the edge. Come to Australia if you want a decent pizza.

Get away with? Not sure what you mean. There was a manager right there the entire time watching me and he stopped the clock when he deemed I finished. A lot of the cheese had solidified to the cardboard and they said that didn’t need to be eaten.
@@NathanKleinEats yes, all that cheese and sauce stuck to the plate was almost a meal in itself :)
