👩🍳 What’s Cooking in This Episode:
1. Whole wheat spaghetti - this is a great source of fiber that helps control blood sugar - you will need 2 cups of this
2. The vegetables
- one cup of red bell peppers - these are loaded with vitamins and nutrients while being low on carbs
- half a cup of chopped zucchini - this is low in starch and is very easy blood sugar levels
3. The meat.
- half a cup of lean grilled chicken breast - this is low-fat and high protein option 
4. Spices
- Two cloves of minced garlic
-  a pinch of crushed of red garlic flakes
5. Homemade tomato sauce
- 2 cups diced tomatoes 
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- a handful of fresh basil leaves
The final step is to sprinkle Parmesan cheese on the top.
All the ingredients can be made at home and available at any local supermarket.
