In Rome 2 each culture type has their own type of general speeches. They're further diversified given whether it is a land battle, siege battle, attacking, defending, or the odds of the battle whether they're outnumbered or outnumber the enemy. It can also differ with different cultures fighting each other. For example, a Roman gen talking about Easterners would be different than fighting Barbarians.
