Wow this was an endeavor… what do you guys think of this type of “product video”?
I like it!
I'd call this a "product use case video" and I think it's very useful to see how combinations of gear can be used. Keep up doing this type of videos. I've got CineEye II and it works great, and the app is pack with features too (and it works, too)
This was really good. This was a very good format the commonly done so-called vlogging styles.Well engaging all the way through even if I already have most of the kit… very inspiring…. Thank you…. Must have taken lots of planning though 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
VERY interesting and helpful. Was set to purchase a PDMovie follow focus till I stumbled upon this review. Re-thinking my choice now.
your videos were already at an elite level. with this video, you outdid youself!
Aw shucks thank you!
Awesome job Joseph!
Yo thanks Armando!! I’m pretty proud of this one 🤗
Flawless!!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Thank you!! Best first comment ever 😅😅

This man is at the top of his game.
😊😊🙏🏻
Absolutely amazing. I know this took a ton of time and effort and it totally paid off. Kudos
Thank you kindly ☺️
Wow, you nailed that video! Giving us the final (super-polished) video, then presenting the setup and operation is an incredible way to do it. Much better than just a product review. Congrats on finishing this!
Thanks Bob, I really appreciate that!
I agree with Bob. This is a superior way to review and show the capabilities of a product - show the results first, then discuss the how-to and why it works.
OMG, she reminds me of Aubrey Plaza SO MUCH! Beautiful video, really, gorgeous colors! Very nice everything!
Thank you my friend!!
Impressive! Loved the format and your shots were great!
Awesome, thank you!!
Great video. Will look into this product more.
Then I have succeeded 🤗
I really appreciated this example + breakdown! Really, really well explained. Thanks so much!
Thank you! I’m glad you like it so much 🤗
Great video - thanks for the in-depth
awesome, appreciated!!
Nice video style Joseph, I like how it all came together and interesting products too.
Thanks man! I appreciate that!
Woah... this is fantastic mate. Super high-class stuff!
Aw thanks mate!!
Amazing work Joseph!
Thank you!
Awesome! Do more of this!
haha thanks mate! Took a lot and needs budget but yeah, I'd love to do a LOT more like this!!
superrr amazing! Glad to see the nice use of MOMAN POWER140 Vmount battery for such an interesting creation💗
Your batteries rock!!
Great video!
Thanks man!
I love the BTS!! Your videos are very inpirational :)
Thanks man, I appreciate that!
Great review. Could I ask whether I'd need the Accsoon CineView HE Wireless Video & Image Transmission System for any application where I'm working away from the camera with a follow focus?
Very nicely done. Loved this approach. Colour me impressed. (And yes, "colour". I am Canadian)
I will colour you however you prefer ☺️ Thank you!!
What a great way to present this kind of products. Amazing job. I'm wondering right now:
I use a blackmagic atem extreme iso with 3 cameras and separate sound from a mixer at conferences. Would it be possible to use this wireless system on 1 camera and sync it to the external sound and the other 2 cameras (maybe via obs)?? Or would I need to use wireless on all cameras to have the same video delay to sync it to the audio with audio delay?
I'm psyched with the possibilities but I'm a little afraid of the different latencys
Thanks! You can’t shift video. If you need one camera wireless, the options are to make that camera a wide or rear shot where you can’t tell that it’s out of sync, or to make them all wireless as you suggested. There are wireless systems with virtual zero delay, but they are $$$$.
Great example of using the product in real-world experiences. I’m sure it’s a lot more work to do it this way but it definitely explained the results for people not knowing that the products are.
Thank you, that's definitely what I was hoping for here!
I appreciated the scenes and breakdown approach, though I wish you had a wider lens for the car shot since (watching on my phone) I wasn't certain the car was in motion.
How do you like the Meike cine lenses? I've been thinking of getting some for my GH5.
Thanks for that! As for the car scene - that's the widest anamorphic I had, unfortunately. BUT if I'd shot it wider so you could see out the windows, then I wouldn't have been able to do the illusions I did. Tht scene was shot in the daylight! All the lighting (passing street lights, party, etc.) were added in post. The motion should be communicated through the bouncing passengers, but yeah seeing out the windows would be good too. Thanks for watching!
@@photojoseph I had no idea on that. Good job on the post work!
In this and other videos (LumaFusion) I have seen you sitting in the chair giving your explanations. What is the lighting and camera setup you use for this. A video on it would be appreciated.
Camera always changes. In this one it was a lumix S1H and vintage Super Takumar lens. Lighting is a single Aputure 180t through a 90cm octabox.
I like it.
Thank you 😊
Soo cool 😎 ❤
Thank you kindly!
@@photojosephbecause l like you
Hi Joesph. Great video BTW. Have you heard of the PD Movie Live Air 2 or the 2S? A video with a comparison would be good content.
I had not. Unlikely I’ll do another follow focus video any time soon though, sorry.
@@photojoseph Noted, good video
So nice bro
Thank you!!
@@photojoseph I recently purchased the Atem mini ISO hope you do a gamer tutorial with the Atem mini.
@@Donrik_30 hey man. Hmm, I’m not a gamer so I really can’t… however I see you’ve joined the channel (thank you!) - be sure to join the Discord and ask questions there. It’s a great resource!
This is the way these things should be done. Bravo. I despair at the CZcamsrs who do everything at a prepped table racking focus on legos or other silly objects and makes me wonder if they have any production skills or creativity at all.
Glad you broke out. Hope you had fun with all the toys!
Nice color btw.
60ms is a lot of latency. OK for scripted content, but I imagine it might be challenging for non-scripted events.
Thanks man! I appreciate that. Don't begrudge other youtubers (myself included) who do stuff on a desk with little props though… videos like this are expensive to make, and small channels (even my size, which is relatively small to the big folks) are lucky to make a hundred bucks in ad revenue. Videos like this cost money and need funding to be profitable, and I can guarantee we're all striving to get there! As to the latency - yes, I can't disagree, however at this price point the Accsoon is best in class. True zero latency wireless is $$$$. Fine for hollywood, not so much for the little guys 😉
Yeah, I get it. Not all my videos are cost effective, but I do strive to achieve good production value.
When I said color was good, I should have elaborated to say the lighting was very good, which is the secret to everything. I really like how you controlled the light and employed good discipline in maintaining good shadow or low key areas and levels. It’s really all about the difference in light levels (and of course direction and color).
“I’m going to focus on the gear”
I do believe that's what I said… and did… no?
@@photojoseph it was just funny you said “focus” on the gear.
@@Photovintageguy ahhh sometimes I’m punny and don’t even know it 🤪
The lady is beautiful.
Agreed!
I love watching all your amazing videos!!! You really need "promo sm"!!!
Thanks! And what is “promo SM”?
