This is important 2:55 'The moment dawn breaks you should give adhaan ' ...
But nowadays it happens that person in masajid announces that the time is over and after few minutes the adhaan is delivered...
So people tends to eat it until they here adhaan instead of " they should stop eating when the person from masajid announces to stop"

According to the hadith you're supposed to verify that it's time to stop eating. Ibn Hazm (may Allah have mercy on him) narrated a large number of such reports, including the report that ‘Umar ibn al-Khattab used to say: “If two men are uncertain about dawn let them eat until they are certain.”

The adhaan here is given at least 5 minutes before the break of dawn. So even if one eats out drinks to the end of the adhaan, it will be within the allowed time.
It is better to keep track of time rather than the adhaan. Different masjids as pointed out by our beloved Dr Zakir have different adhaan times.
Also adhaan is not given by looking out or confirming the break of dawn.
And the Quran clearly mentions the characteristics of the dawn not the call for prayer given from the masjid. Moreover the adhaan is the call for prayer to the masjid, not the announcement/notice given to indicate the end of suhoor or the time of iftar.
It is always better to keep track of time rather than the adhaan. There will also be cases when the sound of adhaan wouldn't reach ones home.

Surah Baqarah Ayat 187 With English Translation
It is made lawful for you to go in unto your wives on the night of the fast. They are raiment for you and ye are raiment for them. Allah is Aware that ye were deceiving yourselves in this respect and He hath turned in mercy toward you and relieved you. So hold intercourse with them and seek that which Allah hath ordained for you, and eat and drink until the white thread becometh distinct to you from the black thread of the dawn. Then strictly observe the fast till nightfall and touch them not, but be at your devotions in the mosques. These are the limits imposed by Allah, so approach them not. Thus Allah expoundeth His revelation to mankind that they may ward off (evil). ﴾187﴿

The greatest scholar of his time Imam Nawawi who compiled Riyad Saaliheen, the most read Islamic book after Holy Qur'an after taking into consideration the hadith of Bukhari and Abu Dawud mentioned in this video has said that if one has food in his mouth at the time of adhaan he should spit it and there is no doubt among the scholars regarding the issue. Regarding the hadith of Abu Dawud its explanation is that it is time mentioned when Bilal gives the adhaan which is earlier than the actual time of the adhaan given by Ibn Maktoom. Can someone please guide me and answer my question. Currently in this modern world the fajr azaan is NOT given at the break of dawn. Instead it is given let's say approx 30 to 45mins before actual break of dawn. Example the azaan is given and u have 20 to 30minutes for the physical prayer and after 10 to 15minutes of concluding the physical prayer the dawn breaks and you can see the streaks of white light in the sky. So my question is why do you start fasting at azaan time when it is clear the dawn breaks 45mins average after fajr azaan. JazaakAllah khair for your answer

Why are you not referring quran, ayat number 187 surah Baqara, see what is said in Quran, and what I believe there is nothing doing with azan e Fajr for stop eating or start eating with the azan e maghrib, it is very clearly mention the time of both ends and furthermore it is very easy for Allah to tell us to stop eating with azan e Fajr and start eating with azan e maghrib, it is clearly said in Quran that you are allowed to eat till the black and white lines separates on the sky and then complete your fast till NIGHT

This words bring many more times the reward for other forms of tasbeeh and dhikr, as was reported in saheeh ahaadeeth from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him).
Juwairiya reported that Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) came out from (her apartment) in the morning as she was busy in observing her dawn prayer in her place of worship. He came back in the forenoon and she was still sitting there. He (the Holy Prophet) said to her: You have been in the same seat since I left you. She said: Yes. Thereupon Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him) said: I recited four words three times after I left you and if these are to be weighed against what you have recited since morning these would outweigh them and (these words) are: "Hallowed be Allah and praise is due to Him according to the number of His creation and according to the pleasure of His Self and according to the weight of His Throne and according to the ink (used in recording) words (for His Praise)."

Any hadith contradicting Quran is not a authentic hadith, and unfortunately all scholars including zakir Nike they give preference to hadith even they follow hadith when break their fast in evening.

(Excerpt from Sharh Muhaddhab)

Deepak you obviously don't know Islam . I am 70 yrs old at the age of 40 I was very knowledgeable in Islam.until I started watching Dr Z Naik's lectures It was then that I realized I knew very little. The amount of knowledge and history I learned from this blessed man is so vast that I knew the true meaning of " seek knowledge from the cradle to the grave" that is why I always go over my 300 videos of Dr Naik. I remember in one of my first lectures I listened and watched was a Q and A session with predominately Hindu people. If I was a Hindu after that Q and A I would have Reverted to Islam. How you could not see it.with all due respect tells me that your mental capacity is obviously not fully developed. Forgive me but it's true. You must learn your History about Islam and how it changed the indian people till today. The muslims came to Hind ,over a 1,000 yrs ago and Islam became the dominant religion. Google it and learn your history. Thank you. One last point You must never Criticize Dr Naik like that again, we muslims get very upset. Be civil and subtle with your criticism. Please ok .Salaam ( Peace )
