Getting Sienna 2024 in October 2023.
No Brainer. Toyota, of course with 2 years complimentary maintenance and they have hybrid. Owned 2021 Odyssey now, not much changes in 2024, plus the service from dealerships we had dealt with were meh. Plan to switch back to Toyota Sienna in few more years.
Hi Jeff, I will settle this once and for all. The 2nd row of seats are not removable in Sienna but are removable in Honda. This was critical mistake by Toyota (which previously made Sienne with removable 2nd row). What Toyota failed to realize is (post covid) is we live in a gig economy. That means people use assets (vehicles) that are multipurpose. Removing 2nd row seating can literally transform Honda into Cargo Van while kids are in school. Huge win for Honda.

Those seats in Honda don’t come out that easily. If you’re changing your family van into a cargo van midday then you aren’t the target audience for Toyota.
Both manufacturers made huge mistakes. Honda should have never taken the ceiling vents out and moved them to the side. That provides zero air flow for rear facing kids in car seats which this is primarily a family car.
We bought 2023 Odyssey Sports trim love it - Main issue with Sienna is huge markup and not being available - rather buy Odyssey and pay 5-6k less
$25K less in Bay Area CA due to mark up

Even more than 5-6k. Can get a higher level odyssey for almost 15k less than the Sienna due to mark ups
We recently bought a Honda Odyssey Touring model because of the strong engine performance and movable seats.
I am seeing that both the odyssey and sienna have the same 0-60 7.5 second acceleration. Does the sienna feel faster?
I've been driving the Honda Odyssey since the 2003 model, consistently trading it in for a newer one every 1.5 to 2 years. Just last week, I acquired the 2024 Odyssey Touring, which maintains the same design as the last three vans I've owned. I've customized it with side molding, a roof rack, and a crossbar to mount a solar panel on top. This solar panel efficiently charges my additional battery, allowing me to power my "AstroAI 12 Volt Refrigerator 48 Quart Portable Freezer and Refrigerator" 24/7 for keeping my ice cream and cold water bottles chilled.
Additionally, the van features a 110-volt outlet, which you overlooked mentioning. This electrical outlet is robust enough to simultaneously charge my laptops using TWO 140-watt A/C adapters while we're on the road.
The van also boasts impressive power for passing other vehicles or towing my camper. In conclusion, I absolutely adore my Odyssey and highly recommend it.
This is something I've been thinking about doing lately. Do you mind if I ask approximately how much it costs you to trade up every 1.5 to 2 years? I've been curious about how much depreciation actually takes place on an Odyssey or Pilot. Any information or tips is greatly appreciated.

The drive-out costs for me range from $12,400 to $14,800, contingent on the mileage recorded on the speedometer. Last year, my trade-in had 38,860 miles, and the drive-out cost for the 2024 Touring was $12,400. On average, this equates to $0.32 per mile. However, it's important to note that I did not have pay for additional expenses if I keep the van, such as car inspection, yearly license plate registration, tire replacements, or oil changes. Just to let you know, the dealer did provide complimentary oil changes for the initial six months.

I owned 2022 Sienna XSE and currently driving 2023 Odyssey Touring. Let's comment on Odyssey. The good: better ride, powerful V6, reverse side mirror, long lasting battery. The bad: no night lights in the trunk, poor fuel economy (of course, it's not hybrid), less room for the second row, poor handling ( a bit sway on rough road).
Sienna. The good: better handling, more second row room, better visibility for driver (sitting high). The bad: poor body construction (some creaking and rattling noise on certain conditions), A/C not cold enough for a very hot day, less head room. battery will lose charge when left for more than 2 weeks (I parked at the airport for extended period of time, and when I got back the battery was dead, had to boost; small battery will lose charge fast).

I agree with most of your review. I ve own both the sienna 2022 and odyssey 2022. They both good reliable mini van , leaving the mpg aside if you want more for your money go with odyssey touring , if you care more about the mpg go with the sienna.

@@mnn1265 if you don’t have to or need to buy a car. My suggestion is wait! The kings of mini vans are Toyota and Honda , I’m pretty sure in a year or two Honda will upgrade the odyssey with a hybrid option .
@@juanr.3314 Yes I think that's the best strategy. Odyssey is definitely due for an upgrade next year so I'm hoping that happens... especially being so difficult to find a Sienna near where I live. I'm going to get out my duct tape and keep my old 2010 running!
I’d buy that Honda because Toyota is marking theirs up over MSRP by $5k. Plus Hondas are available to buy now, no wait.
This will likely end up driving my choice. I'd prefer the better gas mileage but for an exta $5k up front that pays for a lot of gas in the Odyssey and also helps keep the monthly payment lower. It's really too bad Toyota isn't standing up for it's customers and producing vehicles in a timely manner without absurd markups. It's hurting the Toyota brand for sure.
just bought one at the end of January with minimal markup (less than $1k) that at least included tinted windows and the inverter for traditional outlets.
I would’ve bought the sienna for little above the msrp but nope, they were asking for 12k markup with no assurance when I will get it. No thanks. Im happy with my 23 odyssey. No point of 36mpg when you already lost money purchasing the car.

That’s terrible the dealership would do that. The downside of owning an odyssey is the serpentine belt, water pump and tensioner replacement every 100,000 miles for north $1500. Probably $2000 now. I kept my Odyssey for 266,000 miles until it was totaled last Monday. So I spent $3000 on that maintenance alone. Not sure why they need and continue to build those close tolerance engines???At 200,000 miles it started burning oil due to the back 3 cylinders ring wear. I’ve been adding between 1/2/ to 3/4 of a quart between oil changes which were done every 3000 miles religiously. Full synthetic too. Oil burning of course caused fouling of the spark plugs. Thst was a bit of a pain to deal with the last few years. I would choose a year older Sienna, thus bypassing the added fee.
I personally loved the Honda, it’s a beast on the road. I owned 2018 Odyssey Elite, but it got total recently. I missed it so much. I’m looking to buy 2024 soon.
Also had 2018 Odyssey but 2023 MUCH improved. Better transmission, better wheels, and 2nd row seats fold flat where '18 only went about 45 degrees. Lot's of highway driving with cruise control and got 30+ mpg quite often. Love Odysseys.

Don’t forget that the Siena is sitting on Camry chassis, which is softer and have higher body rolling. Whereas, the Odyssey is sitting on Pilot/MDX chassis, which more solid and much safer and sporty handling
I owned both Sienna and Odyssey I do agreed with you in regards to body rolling on Sienna I felt much safer on the highway with the Odyssey than the Sienna the only thing I don't like about the Odyssey is the VCM.

I love the sienna, but they need to put removable second row seats!
It would be nice if they brought that back! We had a 2015 Sienna with an optional middle seat in the second row that we could store in the trunk when we weren't using it. My 2023 Sienna is just captains chairs with no optional middle seat in the second row.

Not a fan of CVTs so went with a new odyssey sport. Not to mention if I did find a Sienna similarly optioned was literally 15 to 20k more due to markups in my area. Ironically the biggest complaint that people have with the Odyssey about it being long in the tooth is also a big plus for me. Odyssey was also more practical for our family which is why I wanted a minivan in the first place.
For me the biggest knock on the Sienna is the lack of availability (a dealer just told me up to a year wait) and the second row captains chairs on upper trims. With three kids, being able to have a three place backseat and maximize cargo space can be really important and we often haul lots of kids so having another place will come in handy several times a year. So is the inability to remove the second row. If Toyota would put a three place bench in the limited or platinum, it would be near perfect for me. For some people the captains chairs might be fine. I would also love the Grand Highlanders upgraded infotainment. So I guess the perfect combination for me would be the Honda interior with the Toyota powertrain and better infotainment.
Toyota is definitely worth the wait! They are in much higher demand for good reasons.

No reason for me to upgrade my old V6 minivan to Odyssey. I will just keep my current minivan and wait for the hybrid Odyssey then compare apples to apples.
Also my Minivan handles a lot better than the Highlander. Even with permanent captain chairs the Sienna is better than a Highlander.
Last year (2022) around January I bough a sienna xle , but was very disappointed with the trim and lack of space,no spare tire, to me it felt very simple and cheap for in the inside for q 50k plus van ,So I returned it and bought a 2022 odyssey touring and I’m so happy I made this choice! I have everything, space, entertainment package, v6,engine, it feels nicer and worth the money. The only downside is the mpg , sienna wins on this one but can’t go wrong with a odyssey 👍

We bought 2024 Sienna XSE! Love it so much. It was snowing in ABQ this week. It didn’t have any issues. I get 38.5 mpg in the city! Thank you Toyota!
Sienna for me because 4WD option available.......XSE. Also great 35mpg!
After owning both I feel the Odyssey is far better. The seats are more comfortable the fit and finish is far better and so is the acceleration, the 3rd row and the storage well all have more room in the odyssey. The only advantage with the Sienna is gas mileage and AWD but snow tires on an Odyssey do great.
Snow tires do poorly in handling and wet roads and make more noise and lower mpg further
I haven't bought either, but I was really sold on the Sienna. Took a look and sat in both, thought I would lean toward the Sienna and now I'm sure I want the Honda Odyssey. Seats felt more comfortable, the middle console suited me and my wife better on the Odyssey, she wasn't really interested in the extra space the Sienna has where you can put your handbag. Sienna feels more bulky as well. We did test drive the Odyssey and it was very quite and the V6 picks up really nicely getting onto the highway. I didn't get the chance to test drive the Sienna, but my family member said it felt underpowered, which I have read lots of comments as well regarding that. The trunk space on the Odyssey seemed better, my wife complained about the plastic parts in the trunk and they seemed flimsy. Overall from just sitting in them, the Odyssey felt more comfortable sitting in, even the 3rd row recline felt clunky on the Sienna while on the Odyssey it felt smooth reclining back and forth. While I know the Odyssey is more dated and the infotainment is dated compared to Sienna, I think the Odyssey will fit us better. I just need apple/android car play, I don't need a Tesla screen in my vehicle, so it's not a deal breaker for us. I wish Odyssey had AWD. I think overall people would be happy with both. Also a big thing, I'll take a 10 spd automatic any day over a CVT transmission, after having a CVT transmission go out on me, I don't trust their longevity as they aren't as rebuildable compared to an automatic.
@@clarenceunderwood382 well what you said us mostly true there js no was I will take the mpg hit and under normal driving the sienna feels more sprightly because of its electric tq and not needing to downshift adds to the tq sensation. Im averaging 40mpg In my sienna. It's not any slower in the hwy than something like a jeep grand cherokee. I would know because I raced one from 60-120 and it was even. It's faster than a Durango. I would know because I have that on video lol. Anyways it's not as slow as you think. The cvt us an ecvt. When have you really seen anyone replacing transmissions in a prius or even highlanders? They don't really break. It should be more reliable than the Honda 10spd.

I've heard that before but to me I don't like it. Funny how subjective styling is. Truth however is I don't care what my minivan looks like it's a child-mover! Styling is probably my lowest priority feature since I don't think anyone will be impressed by my pretty minivan anyway.

Should compare the Odyssey Touring to the Sienna XSE with Premium Package that’s new for 2024. Getting leather seats with memory, larger dash info screen, and a few other features. I like the seats in the Odyssey, feels softer, more comfortable and more support than those in the Sienna. But the number of trips I need to go to the gas station makes me like my Sienna more.
We got our 2023 Sienna XSE AWD in August and I love it so much! The gas mileage is amazing and there's soooooo much storage. It's the most comfortable road trip car too! My brother works for Toyota so we were lucky and got the hook up with ours. If I wasn't able to get a Sienna the only other van I would consider would be the Odyssey!

Don’t crack those plastic tire covers , you have to replace the tire if you do, and keep an eye on your oil, 2023 Sienna has issues with condensation build in the oil turning it milky colored.

I don’t care which one wins. I just want to know when these vehicles will be in stock. I’m not talking about platinum or elite trim, it should produce more and more XLE and EXL mid trim.
I own both of these from the previous generation. Odyssey wins in practicality, the interior space is well thought-out, easy to fold the seat. Odyssey's height clearance is a bit lower than Sienna and I didn't know that until I hit the bump in the parking lot.
Toyota won for the AWD model and now they have Hybrid too. Toyota's interior practicality is terrible compared to Honda. Their middle bench seat is an afterthought. Nobody would want to sit there. From what I know all Sienna generation, you can't get leather + bench seat + AWD. It's still the same for the newer gen. It's a shame, do people really opt for captain chair in a minivan? So they would put up the 3rd row for 5 people? What a waste of space.
We have a 23 Sienna XLE Great overall vehicle. My main complaint is lack of interior refinement, it feels kind of cheap inside. Go for a higher trim if you have the choice and get real leather, the softex is just a glorified vinyl and looks/feels cheap.
Do all the seats in the back have storage where you can hide all the seats
got the 23' 25 Anniversary edition for MSRP with no mark up so pretty happy... too bad they didnot add the 360 camera , which is a cool feature lol

I like both, but it's my wife that will make the decision. She's partial to the Sienna. To me, the Honda Odyssey looks slightly bigger.
I would probably choose whichever is bigger and more comfortably fitting a large family of 7.

I already made my choice. I bought a 2023 Honda Odyssey back in June.
The inability to remove the middle row seats, cheap-looking interior finishes and a noisy engine in the Sienna are the downsides. Odyssey is powerful, quiet and has much more cargo functionality. 3rd row seats also fold much more flat. Couldn’t believe how bad the Sienna 3rd row folding mechanism works.

I was in market for Sienna last year and dealer mark ups really turned me off. Decided to keep 07. Now I will shop different brand when the time comes again.
Just wished the Honda Odyssey would offer 360 camera and all wheel drive. Ceiling vents would be nice too.
The Sienna XSE has stiff and hash suspension, even the smallest road imperfections will cause it to shake all over, with various interior components making all kinds of noise, like a symphony orchestra. It was my first minivan and it looked good: lowed body, big wheels low profile tire, sport body kit. Aside from the vibration and noise, it didn't give me any sense of a sports car. I sold this POS within a year.
Dang what year? Having a 23 platinum sienna, it was smooth a butter without any extra noise being made from any trim and stuff
i have a '23 XSE and i 100% agree about the harsh suspension. AND i have the AWD version with 18" wheels... I can imagine the FWD models with 20" wheels are worse! I didn't have an XSE to test drive beforehand, but I had a sienna LE rental and I liked it. I didn't think the XSE would be THAT much stiffer... well, it is folks. Find a way to go for a test drive. the XSE also does not have the acoustic glass or sound deadening, so with the stiffer suspension I feel that it transfers more noise into the cabin. I like the XSE look, the suspension is just overkill for a minivan. I might swap out my springs in the future to what all the other models use. Love the van otherwise.
I think they're both pretty nice looking vans the lights in the back of the Sienna I don't care for I really like the fact that the Sienna has a shifter very nice Honda decided to go with buttons doesn't look as nice as the shifter I would never buy a CVT they're just absolutely junk and very expensive to replace so I have to give it to the Honda there for the real transmission what's the naturally aspirated V6 motor it might burn more fuel but it's a bigger motor you can push it harder you can work it and it'll last a lot longer than a four banger so I have to go with the Honda
Had the pleasure of driving a Sienna rented I Alaska and was totally impressed until I investigated purchasing one. 2 year wait? And dealer markup. I’m driving my 2014 Sienna for a few more years.

I just got my 2024 Honda Odyssey Elite. I can say: prices makes a difference and the ability to remove the 2nd row seats was a plus.
Is honda going to put hybrid in odyssey?
Love the Sienna, it is hybrid. My 2006 Sienna still racing on the high way. It is not hybrid, but all center seats can removed for me to load 2 couches when I was moving. I am now ready for the new hybrid Sienna, but the dealer don't have one for me to see.
I have 2023 Sienna and have no complains. Honda is luxury look but not economical. Sienna gas millage is amazing. On top, I like the gear knob not the button shifter.. But no doubt, Odyssey has its own charm. It all depends on individual, they like economical van or a luxury.
I liked my Odyssey, but didn't love it. My two issues were really soft braking, and the powered doors wouldn't work correctly at times. I would prefer the Sienna with a V6. I can get a Sienna out of state at MSRP. The cost to transport it 1900 mi is close to $1k. Thinking about it...

@michalp2362 it is. I've had four vehicles transported from CA. If you can wait an extra 2-3 days, you'll get a better rate. There are lots of people moving here from CA and there's usually room for one more vehicle on the transport truck.
@@jemo2931 I usually just fly in, have the dealership pick me up and make a small vacation out of it and still end up with money in my pocket. BTW...yes....everyone is leaving CA and I can't say I blame them with how it's been left with all the homeless, thefts, shootings, etc. Our leaders are not doing their job, not even close.

I’ve been driving Odyssey since 2011. Odyssey looks sleek and powerful. Sienna looks bulky from outside 😔but now since it’s hybrid and dash with bigger screen it looks cool on some features but I don’t like the leather covering on the gear lever. I would prefer Odyssey and appreciate if they could do hybrid ones.

Honda is better all around. Removable middle seat and sliding 2nd row is a game changer..
I own a 2023 sienna xle. I have a few gripes. 1. Wind noise and engine noise, where is the soundproofing? 2. Second row middle seat is tiny. Honda crushes it here along with being removable. 3. The headlights are not focused and just project everywhere. 4. Third row window is tiny as well.
Debating on trading in for an odyssey, only thing holding me back is the resale and mpg.
Sienna only win for the hybrid system. Other than that. I’ll go for Odyssey. You can take out the second row seat (not on sienna), feels cheap interior material on sienna, and you have to pay 3-5k markups for sienna (no kidding).
That and available AWD are its only two advantages but almost double the city MPG is a huge advantage as is AWD in some climates.
Odyssey rear doors have an odd curve to them below the window. Is this supposed to be attractive styling? looks warped to me.

Have a 2023 Sienna now and we had an odyssey previously. I like the interior styling on the Sienna better, especially on higher trims I like the stitching. We had a lot of electronic issues with screen and entertainment on our odyssey before and was not a fan of those issues. Not to mention the MPG was not as good, just as much mileage as my V8 F150.
We love our Sienna and the MPG can’t be beat, it’s a practical car which has nice styling. Good technology package on the Sienna. Next time we will upgrade from xle or xse.
Great comparison. I’ve had 2 Odysseys since 2017 and the hot summers are brutal for my rear-facing babies with those side air vents. We have to use a Noggle attachment for my kid to get any air flow at all. Ceiling vents should be the standard!
I agree. I'm a bit concerned living in a very hot summer climate because I've heard the Sienna AC is weak when it gets really hot outside especially with fully loaded vehicle. Too bad there isn't a perfect vehicle!
Since most people are not planning to race in a minivan ....that huge difference in milage is a big factor. The Odessy is great, but I think I'd go with the Sienna here ( I'd pick a different color). Also, Toyota's reliability is always at the top.
Not racing, but if you live in a large metropolitan area with short on-ramps, acceleration is important. I learned that lesson when entering a busy highway while running the a/c in my Toyota Corolla felt like a death-defying act. I traded it in for a zippy Maxima. It was well loved for 8 years, but I got my 2nd big dog & switched to minivans.
If I have to choose between the two, I would only pick the Odyssey just because of the rear bumper; Sienna practically has None to avoid even the smallest bump from damaging the rear tail gate...
I have owned Sienna top end with 6 cylinders engine. Very nice interior, almost like a Lexus. What I don’t like about the new Sienna is 4 Cylinder hybrid. Hybrid power depleted quick and it is 4-cylinder engine that is underpowered, especially fully loaded. Engine probably don’t last as long. I would have to consider Honda Odyssey strongly.
Plug-in Hybrid Sienna and full EV would make sense for most folks with at least 300-400 mile real range. Like to have more of the Lexus finish features.

Like the Odyssey, but the brake rotors are too small. The steering wheel started to shake. When I took it to Honda, they said the rotor had hot spots. The first time the steering wheel shook was around 8K miles. It has done that about 3-4 times after the fact. All instances were while driving on a highway downgrade with 6-7 passengers. If you make a passenger hauling vehicle, you should make sure the brakes system can support the weight.

Im team toyota always.. But I have ti be honest here.. the odyssey its a way better inside that Sienna.. its wider and the seats you Can play with them.. so I was confused to see wich one going to buy but definitely Odyssey touring for me
I only wish the car maker will bring back the bench front and 2nd row seats so the van can sit 9 people. Then make the 2md and 3rd row stow away seats. l Make it utilitarian instead of luxury.
Just for the way they treat you at the Toyota dealers I would go for the Sienna ,Honda is crazy expensive to maintain ,now there’s a big difference on both the Sienna looks more advanced then the Odyssey ,at the end I would say it’s all on your own preferences ,I think the Sienna is more convenient,more modern and a much better mpg !

I like the styling of the Odyssey but I like the functionality of the Sienna is a winner. The horsepower of the Sienna is a little bit lackluster that's the trade-off to getting great MPG. The major selling point for me is the Sienna offers AWD options.
I need maximum cargo area without the seats in the way. I can haul full plywood sheets in my 2000 Sienna.
What really sets these two apart is the gas mileage and AWD. Everything else is subjective depending on personal preference. The AWD and 35+ gas mileage takes the cake for me that the Honda can never achieve or substitute.
Price and availability aren't subjective... just saying. Those can be a bigger factor to me than other things.
From experience when Sienna under heavy load, brakes just can not handle it

I have a 2007 Odyssey EXL with DVD and Navigation. Bought new $32K OTD in December 2006, current it has +280K miles with original engine and trany. Odyssey is a good minvan BUT, you have to respect the service schedules and maintenance regularly.
I'm thinking about getting a new minivan when my Odyssey is about hitting 300K miles service.
I like Sienna exterior and interior look but I like also like the powerful V6 of new Odyssey. The 4cyl hybrid on Sienna is good for MPG but I don't know if that engine could last 300K miles. I'm thinking the Sienna is too heavy for that 4cyl Camry engine especially when loaded, those 2 motors on board will help with hybrid battery, but should the battery fails or die in the future... Those motors won't help. I'm still skeptical about this new technology engine even though I know Toyota is very good about reliability (I bought 2017 Highlander V6 for my wife). Oh well, the time will tell.
I like Odyssey V6 engine, but not its exterior and interior design. I hate the push button of transmission gear change! Why? Odyssey doesn't have 3D surround view and doesn't have power fold outside mirrors like Sienna have. These are a few options that Honda engineers should focus on to attract more customers.
Honda hands down. A 4cly only sienna is a non starter in a vehicle as heavy as a modern minivan. The Honda 3.5 dohc is a real gem. Also I’m sad to say the new sienna just feels cheap inside and that rear side window is tiny with just slabs of cheap plastic. We owned a 2006 sienna and boy was it well built and just felt solid and quality. The new ones simply are not even close.
Both of these vans have the silly screens slapped on the dash but the Hondas is less obtrusive looking. It just looks better overall. I don’t care for that dropped low belt line like a hearse on the Honda but I also don’t like that portly bulge on the rear quarter panel of the Toyota.
I'm also really worried because in CA it's a no-go if Sienna really struggles to keep the car cool enough on 100+ degree days. I've heard the complaint from a number of people and if true it's a deal breaker on the Toyota.
The Honda Odyssey has everything I want except the most critical one AWD. After seeing the second row seating options I was off to the dealer sites to buy until I realized they lacked an AWD option. Unfortunately in the snow I need the AWD. Bummer because everything else about it was so attractive.
Getting snow tires will solve your concern
@@sunq858 not where I live. If you don’t have AWD or 4WD and studded snow tires you’ll be stranded. I ended up finding an AWD sienna and bought studded tires for it just in time for the blizzard last weekend. It performed amazingly well

Sienna costs like 7k more in reality. Plus waiting list …. I don’t think hybrid will return those money . Real world .
Especially if you add the costs of financing that additional price premium, increased insurance rates and waiting period.
Honda machine quality is never go wrong , Honda bike is the best and so their car.

the sienna is a 4 cyl, how on earth are you gonna haul 8 people with cargo on the small engine, what about if you're on the highway and a 18 wheeler is approaching and you need to speed up to pass a lane
At that point you would wish you had purchased the Odyssey.
Sienna is slow indeed, but the number of cylinders means nothing these days. Modern turbocharged 4 bangers eat older v6 or even some v8 engines for breakfast in all categories outside of longevity
@@michalp2362 True, yet I wouldn't buy a turbo-charged engine because of the extra strain on the engine and the obligatory maintenance and repair down the road. It's too bad that Toyota didn't put in a more powerful battery to assist the weak 4cyl ICE as that would have solved the issue.
Love the odyssey interior and function. MPG is garage, come on Honda put a hybrid in it.

We want a Sienna, because,for many reasons, it's the best for my husband due to his disabilities. However, even if you can find one the mark ups on the new Sienna are exorbitant. Of course, no one is forcing us to buy a Sienna, and we are not going to do that now. But, customers remember things like this. At MSRP the dealers are already making a healthy profit, which they should. Adding a $3000 to $5000 mark up over that is pure greed and disregard for their customers. Toyota and the dealers are losing the respect and trust of their customers because of this. That doesn't seem like a very good business model to me.

I bought a 2024 sienna. I dont care as much about removable 2nd row. I need the AWD, and the hybrid fuel efficiency was a nice plus.
