I want to work for a German company, working remotely from India, work from Pune.
My questions are:
1. Looking at long-term remote work for a German company from India, how should the contract be structured?
2. How should the taxes be calculated?
German tax or indian tax
4. Do I need GST registration?
5. Do I need a current account, or will a savings account suffice?
6. Anything else I need take care of here, to ensure that everything goes smoothly?
Not possible for 90% of case and if it is will pay you indian salary

I am 40yrs, having 15+ yrs experience working as a software architect in India.I hope getting job directly from here to Europe seems very difficult, If I do MS in Netherlands/Germany, will they atleast consider half of my Indian experience & pay accordingly or will they just consider as Fresher? If they pay less than 60K Euro PA then it is not worth for me comparing my indian salary. Pl provide your opinion.

My cousin did his first year of Post Graduation in Belgium and his second year in Germany. Followed by that, he got a job in the Netherlands on his own visa since could not secure a job visa from the Netherlands Company. His visa is set to expire in 12 days. I’m from Bangladesh and a regular viewer of your video. Last year I was on Germany to attend a tobacco tradeshow at Dortmund. After visiting the country, I am so much interested to come to Germany and work there.
I have completed Diploma in Engineering in Electronics engineering on 2002 and after that I’ve worked in Akij Group (Cigarette factory) as an Electrical engineer and on that company, I’ve worked on German made (COMPANY NAME: FOCKE & CO.) high speed cigarette Packing Machine almost 11 years. From March 2013 I started to work with a US based company in Bangladesh till date as a Plant Manager. My age is 40 and I started to learn German language. Will you pls inform us can I come to Germany for work? Pls advise.

Hi, I received JSV for Germany from June to Dec 23. Actually as I am hearing in recent days in the Indian communities, many accidental firings also happening. Although, I am able to see good no of open positions for my profile(DevOps & AWS) with B2 Level of German fluency, still I have fear about that. I am taking good help from experts to follow up recruitment teams and networking with good resume and cover letter.

Here, I have main problem, activating my current account to get funds from my Blocked account(Expatrio) / to receive my amount to me.
