My husband and I have no children and no plans anytime soon or in the next few years, but I still love watching you anyway! You are so articulate and I learn so much from each video!
I am 2 years postpartum, 10 month post breastfeeding, but I never took a break from one or the other for over a decade of 6 pregnancies and breastfeeding all. My first 4 I bounced back so easily, then after my 4th I went vegan for 4 years and through two more pregnancies, and I didn’t bounce back from either. I have ended up on two antidepressants that worked amazing at first for my mental health but stopped working as well eventually, and caused a lot of weight gain. I am not vegan anymore and trying to get to a point to get off my medication without spiraling. I definitely will be watching more of your videos for reference.
People don't realize how much more food they need to eat when eating vegan, especially whole plant food not vegan junk. But people tend to undereat and then have a lot of problems. Vegan wasn't the problem. Starving was. Eat way more if eating vegan.
Blackstrap molasses (must be blackstrap) is a great mineral source! I've been turning into a coffee replacement by mixing about 1 Tbsp with water until it's diluted to my taste, adding cream or milk like I would my coffee.
Helpful! I appreciate your passion and knowledge! Im definitely leaning towards the labor aid with raspberrg leaf tea. I like that you can add honey to taste so you arent just forcing yourself to swallow something that tastes disgusting haha
You need to take a slippery elm bark tea 4 times per day along with a very good probiotic to coat your gut and refeed it with good guy bacteria. Get the probiotics that need refrigerating.
Alright friends! Which drink do you plan on making first?!
I can hardly wait 🎉🎉🎉😂😂❤❤❤ thank you a million times 🥰
