#metalreaction - Hudba
Thank you for continuing to react to Nightwish, new subscriber for that. You started to understand what attracts us to Nightwish. Hopefully, you'll become in time one of us :)
Greetings, from Romania!
Oh the General with a non typical reply. :)
"Ghost Love Score" was 13th in a 15 song setlist. "Dark Chest of Wonders" was the set opener and it closed with "Last Ride of the Day"
Pick any song from Wacken Open Air 2013 and you're good to go, then onto Wembley, Tampere and Buenos Aires.
Keep in mind that Floor Jansen is singing those precise notes with no auto tune, live and outside. The concert had been going on for about an hour when she sang this.
yepp, in that order ;)
Wham Bam Thank You Mam kind of performance.
Last ride of the day is also awesome!
Floor's voice is perfection to me, when I first heard her a couple years ago blew me away. She is the greatest I have ever heard, and I will be 54 soon, heard all the greats. Side note, she is one of the sweetest people in the world too.
Man, you are in for the ride of your life with Nightwish. Never has a band captured my heart and soul the way Nightwish has. I discovered them a little over a year ago and they are like medicine for the soul. Every single day I play them. So grateful!!
Yeah, we really are lucky to be able to see them live!
Same story here… They are played 24/7 here 🎸🎤😍👍
Medicine every day here also!
I'm 73 and have heard and loved a lot of different female artists over my lifetime. Discovered Nightwish with Floor 2.5 years ago. This was the first video and song I ever heard from Nightwish. I have never even heard of them. She blew me away. She is the best female voice I have heard in 73 years. No one alive has her stage presence.
I am 62 and I concur
FFM (no, not porn😁): Female Freddy Mercury, she is absolutely unmatched in her stage command, I love it
Welcome to the wonderful world of Nightwish and the Valkyrie Goddess, Floor Jansen. Only Nightwish can play a 10, 15, 20 minute song and make you say, "It's over already?" when it ends.
The word you're thinking of is "mesmerizing".. she captures your full attention.
Now that you have done 2 songs from this concert, perhaps the actual opener, Dark Chest of Wonders, would be a nice one to do next.
Thanks for the video. Watching people experience this song for the first time never gets old ;).
Your going to hear that they sound different in each of they're songs but they all have the" Tuomas" Nightwish signature sound ......just when you think youve figured them out , theyll throw a curveball at you .....one of The Great Bands of our time and in my opinion the Best Live Band .......and what can you say about The Goddess that hasnt been said .....shes just out of this world .
Greatest band on this planet (In my opinion at least) now please check these Nightwish songs from the same concert at Wacken: "Ever Dream", "Song Of Myself", "Ghost River", "She Is My Sin" "Amaranth", "I Wish I Had An Angel", "Storytime", "Bless The Child". For the start just pick the one which title you like best. Trust me you will not be dissapointed.
I agree...they are the best band on the planet and I am extremely upset that I only discovered them 3 years ago
@@jamesdalessandro8728 Epica, Rammstein and project Ayreon areon the same level with too great compositions
@@corneliusantonius3108 I like Epica very much. I will check out the other 2 bands you mentioned. Thanks for the info.
Hello Bruce.
I have some info on Floor Jansen for you here.
She is married to Hannes Van Dahl, drummer of the Swedish power metal band Sabaton. Together they have a daughter. ( Freja )
Floor Jansen is a soprano, with a range of more than 4 octaves (Eb2 to F6). Re-singing style ranges from opera to screams and grunts. She usually sings in English, in addition she has also sung songs in Dutch, German, Spanish, Finnish, Latin, Italian and Swedish.
Jansen was the singer of the Dutch metal band After Forever from 1997 to early 2009. From 1999 she studied at the Rockacademie in Tilburg with classmates Jacqueline Govaert and Danny Vera, where she graduated in 2003. In addition to her activities at After Forever, she gave singing lessons. She plays guitar, piano and flute. On May 5, 2010, she presented her new band ReVamp, which was disbanded in September 2016.
From 1 October 2012 Jansen replaced Anette Olzon as singer of Nightwish during the Imaginaerum World Tour. On October 9, 2013, it was announced that she would be the group's regular new front singer. In 2015, Nightwish released the album Endless Forms Most Beautiful with Jansen as lead singer. Nightwish's second studio album with Jansen as front singer, Human. :II: Nature., was released in April 2020.
Greetings from the Netherlands.
So you know how to use Google. Impressive.
she is also 200 cm tall in her bootheels
@@roy19491 ...260 cm barefoot.
No, the opening song was Dark Chest of Wonders. The set was 15 songs. Romanticide was #11, Ghost Love Score was #13.
And they 'brought it' for each and every song. try Stroytime or Everdream next from this show.
That wasn't the opener. It was late on in their set
Floor changed the ending herself and this song is their anthem since then. She made sure it will always be on the setlist of Nightwish. In my comment on Romanticide I put a link to a video of Floor where she reacts to herself performing this one. Lots of technical info and some memories of her starting with Nightwish. She also tells how the ending came to be.
And than the fact Floor said they had to drag her away from Nightwish because she will not go on her own and the fact Tuomas said without floor no more Nightwish makes me a happy camper.
One of their most epic pieces. Her voice is certainly haunting in this song, as it is about being haunted by a past love. As an American, I only discovered this band a little over a year ago myself. I can assure you that there are so many incredible songs yet to discover. Tuomas is a musical genius and Floor is unbelievable. For now, stick with live performances with Floor, maybe Storytime, a more mainstream song, with a great hook, from this same Wacken show next. Hope you enjoy this journey as much as I have.
Floor's own ending to this epic, improvised on the day and transforming the song. 10 months with the band and making it her own.
IIRC this is no 13 in the setlist so she has been singing for a long time, 90 mins or so.
Going to see nightwish in November. My greatest wish it to see the goddess singing GLS live.
Keep going with Nightwish. So much more to discover. Next up, I suggest the opener from this show (Wacken 2013): Dark Chest of Wonders.
Great reaction.
Floor Jansen is a vocal athlete with incredible range, versatility, vocal stamina, and stage presence. She is a spinto soprano with a range of around four octaves +. When listening to Floor sing, it is apparent that she has spent the better part of her life fine-tuning her instrument with help from several vocal coaches. Floor can sing in multiple languages and genres, and is a Master vocal coach. She often refers to herself as a vocal nerd. It is incredible how she is able to take any song from any genre and make it her own. This woman is a true gift to her craft and an incredible addition to a band that has always been great until 2013 when they officially hired the undisputed Queen of Metal, Floor Jansen, making Nightwish the greatest band on the planet. Welcome to the Nightwish rabbit hole. Nightwish Army U.S.A. 🤘🏽 ( Urban Operators ) in the house.
Nightwish Shadow Unit from Estonia reporting in ! Valkyrie Goddess spotted !!!!!
Floor her name is derived from the Roman Goddess of Spring, Flora.
Floor Jansen is called the Valkyrie Goddess of Metal and Empathy. Floor Jansen is a soprano, with a range of more than 4 octaves (Eb2 to F6)
She can sing from classical to belting and raspy vocals like screaming and death growls. And she's also a voice coach and teacher to boot.
Floor Jansen was the singer of the Dutch metal band After Forever from 1997 to early 2009.

Nightwish's second studio album with Jansen as front singer, Human. :II: Nature., was released in April 2020.
Our Metal Mozart Tuomas Holopainen (founder, leader, keyboardist and songwriter of Nightwish) is the main composer for Nightwish.
Tuomas the keyboardist writes about 95% of Nightwish songs, music and lyrics. He also composes the music for the backing track they use. It is recorded in London with musicians from The London Philharmonics. Pip Williams helps with the orchestration. There are two London based choirs too on the backing track, the other one is a children's choir. And of course with a synth you can do a lot.
This song was 13 of 15
We hope, that there is more coming.
🤘😎🤘.
No not the opening. 13 from 15 on that set. The Valkyrie had already been singing for well over an hour at that point. Excellent Floorgasm, another soul taken by the Queen,
Fff
A little history behind Floor's epic performance of this song.
When she flew From her home in The Netherlands to Salt Lake City to replace Anette Olzon on 48 hours notice, "Ghost Love Score" wasn't even in the setlist that she famously had just 48 hours to learn. But Floor did like it and was keen to get it included. When she produced the epic ending in rehearsals, the band looked at her and said "That's pretty cool" so they put it in, starting in Austin TX just 10 days after her arrival. Within 10 weeks the fans in South America were chanting her name at the end of both this song and after the show - having booked their tickets expecting Anette to be lead vocalist.
This performance was 10 months after she had joined them as a touring stand-in, and although a behind-the-scenes deal had been reached, she was still officially a stand-in, having her own band (ReVamp) with whom she had an unreleased album. So it was not until after the tour had been completed (2 more shows after this) and her ReVamp album "Wild Card" had been released that she was announced as a permanent member and new lead singer of Nightwish.
But she had totally perfected this song by the Wacken Open Air Festival and this is the result. It remains her favourite and has not, to my knowledge, been out of the setlist since Austin TX 2012.
Also worth bearing in mind is that this is not a Nightwish audience, but a festival one. Clearly, their own fans had got to the front, but there are 82-85k people there, most of whom probably came to see other bands. So capturing them is a tough gig - Alice Cooper had preceded them on the adjoining stage, so you have to hit them hard and heavy before they wander off to vendors, fairground rides, caterers, bars, or back to the campsite. That is why I recommend their opening song, "Dark Chest Of Wonders". If anything could stop a rock audience from drifting away after Alice Cooper, that was it. And it did - she grabbed that crowd and by this stage, over an hour in, Floor had 80+ thousand in the palm of her hand, and they had taken Nightwish and Floor into their hearts.
There is no resisting the siren's call!
Floor hits "The Note," the crowd loses their shit, the band tears a hole in the space-time continuum and 82,000 people will never, ever be the same again!
ALL HAIL THE VALKYRIE GODDESS!!!
The Nightwish Army is incoming!
Nightwish Army Central Florida Black Company reporting for duty!
Thanks for the reaction :) this was actually 13th song of 15th tracks that night
If you want to hear the singers of Dream Theater (James Labrie) and Floor Jansen in one song, I recommend Ayreon - The day that the world break down. In addition to these 2 singers, there are also 9 other singers from the Metal world.
I concur
Ayreon is a fantastic rabbit hole! 😀
@@hisk7263 I concur
Thank you for this great reaction. You're now into this! If you're loving Dream Theater, definitly check out Arjan Lucassen project Ayreon with the song 'The Day that the world breaks down'!
welcome to the world in these amazing band is the beginning if you continue reacción with these great symphonic metal band
🤘💜🤘 Sweet Reaction. We've been Nightwish fans since 1996. Enjoyed the journey with them through their first two singers and were so happy when Tuomas (keyboardist & founder) hired Floor to be their new singer, in October of 2013. He originally brought her in, in September of 2012, as a fill-in touring singer. They have taken each other to phenomenal heights.
check out everdream next
If you like Dream Theatre and prog rock you have to check out Ayreon with ‘The day that the world breaks down’
James Labrie is in there as well.
The whole ‘universe’ concert is epic if you want to do more! Sure you will love it❣️
Arjen Lucassen is the mastermind behind Ayreon. He writes rock opera’s and prog rock and then invites musicians from all over the world he admires to join him.
There are many songs with Floor in it and her sister Irene as well.
Try:
Merlin’s will
Dawn of a million souls
Valley of the queens
Age of shadows
The theory of everything
Everybody dies
the eye of Ra.
Dude, you're gonna have fun going deep down the Nightwish rabbit hole - greatest band on earth, crazy versatile, thought provoking, fun, emotional - they've got it all 🤘
There's one word every reactor uses when watching this song: epic! It really is an incredible song, and this is an incredible performance of it!
That's a good description that I hadn't thought of yet; 'her voice soars above the music'. Made me think about it and how it seems layered on *top* of the music, and not 'within' it. The sound board guy or the engineers did a masterful job on this concert DVD.
Well if you like Dream Theater you should try Ayreon ‘s song “ the day that the world breakes down “ to , think you gone like that to
Oh dear, you were surprised. Me too, when I started listening to Nightwish the first time in my life (I am 81 years old, Dutch, so is Floor). Go on with your journey , Nightwish will surprise you every time. Don't forget "dead boys poem" and especially "the poet and the pendulem". The last one is the answer and the recovery of the keyboard player when he got in a deep depression because the band had to dismiss the first lady leadsinger. Annet was the second leadsinger and -they say- the third leadsinger, Floor, saved the band. Nightwish is a symphonic metal band and Thuomas, the keyboard player is the composer. They say: "he is the new Mozart". Stay healthy and enjoy the music.
this entire show is on DVD, and CZcams, under the title "Showtime, Storytime"
So it begins
Nightwish Army South Germany Division here
From the many, really many reactions from all the videos from all over the world, I took the liberty of collecting the honorifics for Floor and saying them in one sentence :
Bow to our Majesty Floor Jansen, First of Her name, Goddess of the Valkyries, Highly Queen of the Vikings, Lady of Nightwish, the House Band of the Gods of Asgard, Protector of our Metal Realm.
Long may She reign.
There is nothing more to say about this
thanks for the reaction from Colorado. best rock band in 40 years. born in Austin but lived all over the world.
Nightwish is so good i had to by some tickets to the concert in Tampere 22/4 2022. I am 63 and i am windmilling like crazy in Tampere...;-) Thanks for the reaction!!
Welcome to a crazy journey. As a relatively new fan myself you are in for a rewarding journey of many paths. One thing that tends to get overlooked is the poetry of the lyrics. As a space nerd I recommend the Shoemaker lyric video. It really highlights the composition and poetry. Eugene Shoemaker was a giant and that tribute/requiem is fantastic, if you read his (Shoemaker) wiki page first the impact will be multiplied.
Welcome to Symphonic Metal! Romanticide is one of their heavier songs where as Ghost Love Score is more melodic and epic which is a better fit with your Dream Theater preferences. Ghost Love Score is part of the holy trinity of Nightwish masterpeices. The other two are Poet and the Pendulum and Greatest Show on Earth. We generally recommend not react to those right away so that you can get to know the band better and both pieces need some understanding of the meaning of the song to truly appreciate them. Especially Poet which is very emotional for most fans and is very personal for Tuomas and the band. Next Everdream for more of Floor's powerful belting and then Dead Boy's Poem from Buenos Aries for a more epic song. Speaking of epic songs you should checkout another symphonic metal band Epica, the darker, heavier cousin of Nightwish.
You are hearing an actual choir (much more prominent on the album version) and a full orchestra! All the music was composed by Tuomas Holopainen (keys) and performed and recorded by the London Philharmonic Orchestra, then played thru his Korg as a backing track.
You may have a new favorite band after a few more songs...
Nightwish Army, California, USA welcomes you to continue witnessing greatness!
"I think it's time for a little story. It's definitely... Storytime." Same Wacken 2013 show.
Thanks for an awesome video!
This performance is one of the best ive ever heard and no matter how many times i look at it i still get goosebumps every time at the end when Floor hits those otherworldly notes. And the icing on the cake is a detail that most people miss.
If you listen carefully as Floors final note rings out you can hear the sound of 82000 people getting their minds blown. The audiance screams in pure excitment over what they just heard and i think that is awesome!
Considering that Floor hasnt been in the band more than a couple of months at that point in time, most people didnt have a clue who she was or what she was capable of.
Her reaction after she nailed it is also so cool. You can really see how proud and happy she is in that moment.
I´ve watched this show at least 100 times and it brings me to tears EVERY F***ING TIME. I´ve been there in 2013 in the audience (being German, Wacken is not SO far from me) and this is one of my main "key experiences" I´ve ever had.
Thanks for your video :) I loved how you went from super cool to emotional in less than a minute ;)
Hey, one thing you are about to realize, is that each different Nightwish experience that you react to is going to be different. Just trust this to help you on this journey!! Iron Maiden guy here, but DAMN Nightwish. =D

The actual show opener is powerful also. The entire concert is all gold
Greetings.
Nightwish Army, NJ brigade.
lol No, this was the 13th song of the set.
Floor Jansen, the 6 foot, Dutch Goddess of all things vocal has more vocal stamina than any singer you'll ever hear...
For real.
She's classically trained and knows more about how to use the vocal mechanism than any singer I know.
She prides herself a "geek" in the anatomy of the vocal mechanism....
From breath control in the diaphragm, rib muscles, and lungs, to the resonating tone created by the shape of the skull, and absolutely everything in between.
Attended the Dutch Rock Academy for 4 years in 1999, the Conservatorium Tilburg 2 years, 1 year of musical theater, and opera.
The other musicians (This party).... I don't call it a concert, I call it a party. 🤘
Marko Hietala- bass/vocals 2001-2021
Emppu Vuorinen- founder, guitar
Tuomas Holopainen- founder, keyboard player, songwriter
Jukka Nevelainen- drums 1996-2014
Floor Jansen- vocals replaced Anette Olzon October 2012 and became a permanent member in June 2013. She's the current singer for the band.
Troy Donockley- multi instrumentalist started playing with Nightwish as a guest musician on tour and studio albums from 2007 to becoming permanent in June 2013.
He is a current member of the band.
You're going to love this journey. The rabbit hole goes deep, so buckle up and enjoy the ride.

Thank you for the video, reaction and comments. Stay safe and stay blessed.

Ghost Love Score is kind of the gateway drug to Nightwish.. Hardcore metal fans are sometimes put off a bit by it, but this song has caught sooo many non-metal listeners and turned them into loyal members of the Nightwish Army..
Great reaction Bruce 😁👍and you are so right, they are all awesome! Nightwish rules ❤❤🤘🤘keep listening to them and you will be surprised and happy 😊
You want the opener? Wacken 2013 "Dark Chest of Wonders". Closer "Last Ride of the Day"
"Hey, Hey, Hey, Heey! (+some of her arm movement) = Proper crowd control moment! 😈
Lots of Emppu's solos follows the 'theme' of the song. He definitely is able to shred his parts when it's appropiate for song-wisely. Anyways
Yet another cool reaction män 😎👍
Keep on rockin with this magical band.
Cheers from Finland 🇫🇮 🥶, the Mother Land of Nightwish 🤟😎
Dream Theater WAS my favorite until discovering Nightwish in 2005.
Welcome to the Nightwish Army
I love when we get new people into loving Nightwish.. You have a new sub here. Can't wait for you to react to many more of their songs.. You won't be disappointed. Cheers. 🥂 Also. You can't go listen to anymore until you react to their music first so that we can capture your first time to hearing each piece.. I know it will be hard not to, but feel free to going crazy with a bunch of Nightwish reactions..

great entertaining reaction and i hope to see more soon.
about "the list" of Gabriel Bardac, it is absolutly OK to do the songs in that order, but that is what everyone does... randomizing is more fun to watch for your audience ...
see the list as a library to find correct speeded and pitched versions of the song you want to hear next, maybe because someone you care of or notified in the comments recommended that special song.
There are a lot of "bad / wrong" versions on CZcams....
me personally would love if you give some old nightwish a try later in your journey
Classic version of GLS, where Floor was with band couple of months and only sang GLS a few times, camera focus is on Floor whole song. You can feel her emotion, its like there is something personal to her czcams.com/video/bjHGGIKPASc/video.html
if you like dream theater and now nightwish, please go for some kamelot, epica, blind guardian and then go for Ayreon. specifially "the day that the world breaks down". I garantee your mind will be blown
Please react to my favourite show opener at Wembley "Shudder before the Beautiful" 2015.
I am in no way detracting from Gabrials list and " Dark Chest of Wonder" opening ,but to me there is nothing to compare with when T he Goddess appears after the criss crossing of Marko and the under- rated Emppu.
Hello Bruce, GLS was song #13 of 15 songs at WOA 2013.
BTW, most of the symphonic music you hear (on almost every song of Nightwish is written by Tuomas (keyboards) but is performed by the London Philharmonic Orchestra. Since there’s not enough space on stage for a full live orchestra (and also couldn’t go with them on world tour for more than a year) it’s a running soundtrack pre-recorded at Angel Studios, London. This orchestra is featuring on every album NW released since ‘Once’ (except the last one Human :|: Nature which is performed by Blue Dot Orchestra). czcams.com/video/HcxjKlUcjXo/video.html
The background choir you frequently hear are the Metro Voices, a choir group also based in London.
At some songs a boy’s soprano performed: Guy Elliott, 2nd boy soprano: Tom Williams, courtesy of the Reigate St Mary's Choir School. Child choir: Young Musicians London.
I've been a huge fan of Dream Theater ever since Images & Words back in the early 90s, and you're absolutely right about the similarities between them and Nightwish insofar as playing with structure, long songs, and huge dynamic swings throughout their length. DT of course tends to be far more intricate, especially with time signatures, because going nuts on complexity is what they do best. ;) But when you mentioned the DT feel in the opening, I had a feeling it might've been because of the time signature shifts (it "cheats" a beat on the third measure of every 4).
Tuomas Holopainen, the keyboardist and composer for NW, has been called a "Metal Mozart", and if you're a DT fan then I think you'll really come to appreciate his genius as well. Can't wait to see what you react to next.
Hey, if you are a Dream Theater fan then you should definitely check out Ayreon The Day That The World Breaks Down official lyrical video, awesome if you haven’t already seen it. Thanks 😊
I can recommend that you react to more songs from the same concert. They are all really good :-)
Greetings Bruce from the Scottish division of the Nightwish army, enjoyed your cool reaction, you have a new subscriber. I am also a Dream Theatre fan but another band I'd like to recommend to you is Wintersun, they too are from Finland(known arguably as the metal capital of the World). The power, passion and complexity from this band is on par with Nightwish albeit a different sub-genre, you don't hear this type of stuff every day, this not ORDINARY metal and this track is an absolute masterpiece, a 100% must watch, hopefully you can find some time to slot them in, a wee bit long perhaps but you wont think so by the end. The band leader is Jari Mäenpää and like Tuomas is a "metal Mozart" as he does just about everything when composing their wonderful music, drummer Kai Hahto & Bass player Jukka Koskinen are playing in Nightwish on their present tour🤘 > Wintersun - Sons Of Winter And Stars (TIME I Live Rehearsals At Sonic Pump Studios) REMASTER > video link if it helps > czcams.com/video/Tl5T-glTdXw/video.html
The interlude feels like it has a slight Moody Blues influence to it...
Also another project you should checkout is Ayreon. It is lead by Arjen Lucassen and each album is basically a rock opera set within an overarching storyline. Checkout The Day that the World Breaks Down with James Labrie as one of the 11 guest singers on the track. I also think you will enjoy the guitar work by Arjen as well.
Nightwish is best served LIVE. I knew you'd jump on the wagon. You will be amazed...every time. Welcome to the adventure. Just subscribed. Your first reaction had me a little nervous!! Greetings from Maine, USA.
Great react thanks, Ghost Love Score and Storytime are my favorites.
Go Brother - you cannot go wrong. Looking forword to following this journey.
Hi Bruce, nice to see your reaction to this song. This song was the 13th song out of 15 songs on the setlist in Wacken 2013. The opening number was Dark Chest of Wonders. That organ like structure is a keyboard stand, it looks great. It sounds nice you want to dig more into the rabbit hole of Nightwish. I guarantee you'll find lots of interresting and surprising music with this band. Enjoy your journey with Nightwish. See you again.
Tend to wanna kick off with a short but kickass song for an opener~!
Symphony as in symphonic Metal indeed, good call !!! Epica, Rammstein and project Ayreon are awesome too with great compositions 👍👍 Dream Theatre you say ? James Labrie you think of ? Check out "The Day That The World Breaks Down" Project Ayreon by Arjen Anthony Lucassen. Wait a hot minute, Is that beanie you are wearing merch from That Umbrella Guy on CZcams ?
Nah, the beanie is just from Amazon
The opening song at this concert was "Dark chest of wonders". You should check it out. :-)
That reaction video will be out soon!
Thanks a lot
Singers sing what they can
Floor sings what she wants ❤
If you want a song to jam around the house or in your car, "Storytime" from that same Wacken concert is going to rock your world! :)
Pretty much right between the two you have done so far. VERY catchy and probably their most radio friendly song. Enjoy!
Every Nightwish song is different. My favorite Nightwish song is always the one I am currently listening to! If you loved Ghost Love Score, try Storytime also from Wacken 2013.
I don’t see it recomanded as often as other songs. But try “Nemo”, from this same concert. A bit under appreciated if you ask me. And if you listen, keep in mind that Nemo means “nobody” in Latin. That gives this song a much deeper meaning. Great reaction. And I couldn’t help but smile a little when you took back your words😉😎.
And again a soul is taken by our Dutch Valkyrie Goddes of Metal, more Floor Jansen, watch the Beste Zangers 2019,she sings different styles and different languages, she sings O Mio Babbino Caro and from the gamecube game Final Fantasy Chronicals, Sound of the Wind. If you want to know how Floor came by Nightwish, watch the docu on YT: please learn the playlist in 48 hours...
You like Dream Theatre, check out Ayreon, The day that the world breaks down, you’ll hear a mad collab with James Labrie, Floor Janssen and Many other talented singers……composed by Arjen Anthony Lucassen, the “Mozart “ of prog rock/metal.
Loving this?
Oh it will get better and better.
Looking forward to it:)
Thanks
Great reaction, Hail to the Queen Floor Jansen the best and most versatile singer on the planet..Nightwish is Higher level in the symphonic Metal , is the best band our time, Tuomas is a geniuos composer, Marco amazing powerful voice, Troy master musician, Emppu magistral guitarrist, Kai and Jukka amazing drummers.
The Nightwish world is magic, Welcome the rabbit Hole.
Just do it if YOU really like it, not for Numbers, wont be healthy for anyone. NW Army did come in in Force, like normal, i just took an Look at nearly all Comments first vid, no one ever stated something negative, just asks if you would try to do an second one. Never read an Trooper, who blames someone for not liking NW anyway. only Thing i rememeber Army go partly nuts, was as two Vocal Coaches sit there , listened to this Song, and stated its an very easy Composition for an Vocalist, even Live... was somehow drawn out of Contex, but men that Comments burn:).
Thats said, i like the review, and go along with the Solo for the End, but as already been said in Comments, They do what is good for the Song:)
Stay Healthy have fun!
Subscribed to be parto of your Nightwish journey
Awesome, thanks!
Good one. Story Time next ? Ever Dream, Song Of Myself, Ghost River maybe Nemo same show.
Another confirmed Floorgasm!
Another band you have to check out is Sabaton, a Swedish heavy metal band that makes songs about history. Their drummer is married to Floor!
God and Floor please forgive me but I can't help it. Every time they get to that ending section where Floor starts banging her head, it always makes me think of that peanuts movie where all the kids are gathered around Shroeder's piano and dancing and that one kid bobbing his head. I don't know why, and like I said, please forgive me but Floor always reminds me of that kid there.😂
The songlist was 15 songs and this was number 13.
