I think the benefit of using these bricks as an alternative to typical campfire wood is the restrictions a lot of states and campgrounds put on bringing wood in from out of state to prevent the spread of destructive insects and tree disease. This prevents us bringing wood from our home woodpile. This forces campers to buy their campfire wood on-site which is often both expensive and not very well seasoned. Great idea 💡!

I buy them by the skid. They not exactly cheap especially now but they do a great job. Thanks for stopping by the channel and I hope you have a great New Year

Hi Led. I have the bonfire also. To cook on this you need a 48cm grill and that fits perfectly on the top minus the top ring. Perfect bbq when the fire has died down. Great video. 👍🏻

I'd like to see a bit less in the stove, should really keep the wood below the top vent holes... Or at least toward the center of the stove and away from the holes. Also, try lighting these bundles from the top instead of the bottom. This stove design (well the smaller ones at least) is meant to burn form the too to the bottom.

That’s great. I think those would be great for camping trips as you can store many of those much easier than cordwood. Hoping they’ll ship to Alaska.

Hey KP I took mine trout fishing a few weeks ago . It worked perfect l even had it under a 10 x 20 awning. Once it got good and hot there was no smoke and we were toasty.

Just my perspective. I burn random woods from trees my friends cut down. I cut them into bricks of the same size with a chainsaw or reciprocating saw. My fires look about the same.
