Often when your out making videos things go wrong, sound problems cameras play up and then there is the weather. Or you just I decided to out out and grab something to eat, skewers and fruit and something from the bakery. The weather looked fine when i left but as soon as i pulled onto the main road there was thunder and lightning, i made the first stop however the weather closed in really fast, I had to make a run for it to beat the rain. i just made it undercover and then the rain hit, i never did make it to the bakery. By the time i made it to my condo, It was pouring down.

Greg... "possibly" ?? :) All credit to you for being less judgemental than myself. But Pattaya is moths to the flame for people that would fail a lot of society's benchmarks and expectations. It's nothing new, and I'm not criticizing exactly. A reasonable person could say it's more their space and less someone else's. It's a machine, and that machine needs raw material.
Can I give you my 2c... the more you talk to the trolls, the more you validate them. Make your content about the lifestyle, the opportunities, the how-to or what ever subject you're trying to promote. Don't give them air time.

Greg you need to totally cut out the fructose for your new morning exercise routine to have any effect , and maybe swap the pork for chicken skewers or fish to cut the weight really quickly .

Nicky's Soi Buakhao 99 Bhat including a large coffee best value English breakfast I found in pattaya. Because of high cost of living in the west many guys are choosing to live in Thailand not necessarily rejects. If only the Thai government would make it easier to get a long term visa I'm sure many more would settle there.
That’s why the Philippines is trumping Thailand. Easy Visas, English speaking and very friendly people

I have been to the Philippines many times in the past. And I would agree with rent prices. But the people are much more genuine and of course English is spoken everywhere. And if you are from the UK as a pensioner you are given cost of living rises in the Philippines in Thailand your UK pension will be frozen. Visas are much easier in the Philippines. Out of the two countries long term I would choose the Philippines.

Go to the Philippines for any extensive amount of time and you’ll quickly realize English isn’t as widely spoken as you’re led to believe especially outside of the business districts of Manila, infrastructure is horrible, service staff are notoriously terribly slow, and crime is a real issue. On top of that you’ll pay more to live there!

Do Australians still receive a pension if they move to Thailand?
Yes provided you have been on the aged pension in Australia for at least 2yrs. Then you have to have all requirements met to receive your visa eg 400,000 baht in Thai bank etc. However these rules are ever changing, 30yrs ago you could move to Thailand on a Disability pension and live comfortably. The problem is the amount of money the Australian government reaps back off pensioners living in Oz with GST, fuel excise etc just about every thing you pay for in Oz has either the government or the big banks getting a cut.

When you Qualify for pension you can live overseas and get the pension as long as you’ve been living in Australia the previous 2 years . That’s what I did no problems .

Can’t beat the Thai food. I’ve used Grab to bring Thai food to my condo for my wife & I. Cost 20 baht for delivery!! Easy & low cost…..Learning everyday Thai helps
