Nice condo but a little too dear for the sale price although rent price is about right in its condition & amenities. Does it have a Jurassic management setup -- important for any buyer & any sinking fund?? If youre selling condos on a per commission basis buyers need to know these things..... as well as does the condo truck in water in the dry season & any cost??? to the owner? Hope this helps prospective buyers & yourself as these Qu will pop up...

From the video Greg the condo looked quite small, especially the gap between the dining table and the kitchen bench and also the lounge.
