I also at 70 years have not given up on my pleasures on a motorcycle. Congratulations
gonna be doing this in August! CANT WAIT!
WoW! I am 50 yo and you accomplished already a bucket list item at such a young age! Congrats and well done! Thx for the inspiration and stay safe
Life's too short, gotta keep ticking :)
You have a heart like a lion, I'm 57 and done all you have done and still going, big respect to you.
Without a doubt the most underrated CZcamsr. You deserve so many more subs. Love the content Harvey!
Thank you very much, big things to come!
Incredible video Harvey….probably one of the best I’ve seen on CZcams yet👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
Delighted you guys made it home safe👊🏻👍🏼
Harvey over 12 months ago I watched your ride back from Ireland on the 125. Loved it. I've now got back into biking 🏍, I'm on a street triple and I'm away again next week around Wales. Thank you Harvey for giving me that push to bike & tour again. Such a down to earth guy. Great vids
Your enthusiasm is infectious. I did a similar trip about 35 years ago, on a Honda 250 RS, two up, with luggage like yours but with only a one man tent. I crashed in Italy and a bus ran over my front wheel. I rode from Northern Italy to Lyon with a buckled wheel. I got it fixed by a works Kawasaki racing mechanic who rebuilt my spoked wheel and he didn’t even charge me for his work. I also had a new chain fitted in Turin (I took a spare with me), If nothing goes wrong you will forget the holiday, if things go wrong you will always remember it. Good luck in your two-wheeled travels.
Thanks Anthony!
Fantastic to hear of your travels and generosity from the people you met!
Such a good watch bro :D brought back some great memories, can't wait for the next one ;)
:)
Nice one Harvey your vids really do remind me of my youth and not to let go of that adventurous spirit! Ride safe and keep em coming. 👍🏻
Glad to hear Daniel :)
Great watch Harvey reminded me of when I was younger and used to ride with freedom and attitude that you'll deal with whatever comes your way. As you get older you need more certainty, keep them coming and thanks for sharing
Cheers Peter!
just love your videos and attitude, so many people just talk about doing things, you just get on and do it. fair play to you.
Yes Harvey!! You absolute legend! An hour long European touring video! B-) I can't express to you how excited I was when I saw this pop up in my feed. I'm 20 minutes deep and loving it!! :-)
Thanks Rob! Glad you enjoyed :)
Your videos inspired me to buy a MT07 and get my licence. Big thanks for that! Please make more of these great videos, really like them. Espacially the touring ones👍
That's awesome to hear, hope you're loving the bike as much as I love mine haha, big things to come!
Also the reason I bought the same bike
Starting filming my trips, hoping to do a Europe trip soon !! Can’t wait love watching the vids
Great film lads, well done , great accomplishment, great attitude and many more adventures to come!
Stay safe on the road!
Awsome trip you had on this video. Glad that you are allright after that crash! Keep motorcycling!

Awesome to hear!
Another tick on the bucket list haha
Hi Harvey
Loving the videos as always, planning a trip to Europe too in hopefully may next year, have you thought of doing a planning/costs video at all, and what to expect etc when travelling in Europe?
looking forward to the big trip videos when you get back, ride save dude:)
Didn't think I'd have watched the whole video, but was very interesting, watched the whole thing! Great video, looked like allot of fun
Man! Just discovered your channel now😱 awesome video and trip, there's nothing better than making a motorcycle tour with Friends! We too went to the black forest this summer, and we caught some rain too,but the roads were awesome!
Enjoyed watching that - nice one!! I did the B500 for the first time this summer with a bunch of mates, I've got a Yamaha FZ1 and I absolutely loved every mile of that road. Keep the vlogs coming!
The B500 is a fantastic road endless curves and interesting changes in elevation! Cheers Phil
I've got my bike and license for just over a year now and I really want to do a tour like this. Watching this is 'helpful' in wanting to go even more now.. Great video, I'm new to the channel but I've watched the whole trip in one go. Must have been a hell of a job to edit btw.. Good work, keep it up! You've got yourself a new sub.
Big job to edit but very enjoyable to put the pieces together!
Thank's Rob!
Cracking video mate, looked to have been a great trip. Keep uploading, love them!
Awesome to hear Dave!
I really enjoyed watching your trip I think you do a great job at getting the excitement and adventure over. Shame about the off on the track but at least you are OK. Hope your mate got home alright.
Looking forward to your next trip.
I own that exact same WR now. Treated her to a set of off road wheels. Love it
Enjoyed that lads. Thanks for the vid.
16:15 i would probably be to busy sleeping in that weather.. specially in the tent, the sound just perfect
Great attitude mate, last 2 mins was brilliant. Takes a lot of heart to bin your pride and joy and still come up smiling!! If I was a betting man I would say you will be back on 'the ring' on a bike within 5 years : )
Cheers Jack all about perspective :)
Who knows we'll have to wait and see!
Very entertaining mate loved it, you would love New Zealands south island as it has the same quality roads and scenery that you clearly love. Just wondering why you took the mirrors off your bike? great vid any way well done man
This is a great vid, I'm planning on riding in some of the same places and this was interesting. Thanks for posting.
Harvey, that was so good I'm going to watch it again. Dramatic turn of events towards the end, hope it didn't spoil things for you. Thanks for sharing.
Wow cheers Adey! As long as I'm alright I usually just keep laughing after I crash, what can you do haha
Another Great Video Harvey!! Glad to see you're OK after your spill at the Nurburgring. There's nothing you can do when you hit oil like that on the track!
Cheers mate!
All part of the fun haha
As always great stuff really enjoyed this one keep them coming 👍👍🏍🏍
Excellent stuff well done chaps! Found your page watching Ryans 125cc adventure. You Ryan and his bird should start a channel with the three of yous could be the new motorbike top gear type crew.
just curious are you using m/ph or km/h?
Great video, great experience. Its a great inspiration for people with smaller bikes who think their bikes can't do it.
We all know that "the best bike for any trip, is the bike you own".
To be honest, I was expecting his chain or sprockets to fail much sooner. Not very wise to set on such a trip with a chain that is basically trashed. Lucky the chain didn't snap and cause an accident.
And personally, I would never ride without mirrors on such a big trip (and especially in nurburgring)
Thanks for a well spended hour. Great video. Hope i can make such a trip myself too.
Your videos are great. We need more like this!
How tall are you in metric?
I would like to buy mt07 and I am 182cm.
How it will be for me on longer distances?
Amazing video mate, enjoyed watching every minute of it! Some spectacular roads! Gutted you came off mate but at least you work where you do and can get it sorted out hopefully at a decent price :-) I came off the Tracer a couple of weeks ago after a farmer left around 1/4 mile of mud on an unlit road. It was literally covered in mud. Riding at night in the rain, couldn't see it and all of a sudden I went sliding down the road hahaha. Main thing is you're not injured, bikes can be repaired! Thanks for sharing your tour with us :-)
That's the spirit. at least we're still going :D
Glad you enjoyed!
You've really inspired me to just do it. Such a fantastic attitude to life. Thanks Harvey
Awesome to hear Tom! We have such little time to live so make the most of it :)
amazing video so entertaining I have watched the whole video and didn't feel bored for even one second .good job guys and hope there is more videos like this coming
Much appreciated Saiid! Plenty more to come!
Good to see you back on CZcams dude
Cheers Shane, been busy but big things to come!
Love your travel /trip vlogs as your enthusiasm is infectious, enjoy seeing the route's on the maps, great job Harvey.
Thanks Alan! I'm glad the raw passion comes off in the videos
Harvey

A great document of your bike trip. I hope to do this trip you've planned out.
Great video, looks like you had an amazing time. Thinking of going on a tour of France next summer, can you tell me what I need to take to be legal in France??
How you charging your device when you on touring?
Hi Great Vlog very usefull Hints on where to go and see ,Just sold my 2002 Ninja zx6r and Bought a 2019 MT 07 Based on lots of reviews including your comments ,What a great bike ,so adaptable ,does it all bike on sensible budget .Just adding some Luggage and fly screen bits and bobs then i ready to tour . Looking to go my first camping trip with tent etc. I have an mt07. How did u attach your gear Harvey ?
Cheers
Why would you want to go so fast through the most beautiful parts. SLOW DOWN and enjoy the view.
With the MT07 loaded as is, do you feel the front too loose/light?
I don't really like watching vlogs but your videos are so interesting for some reason. Keep it up!
Awesome!
Great video Harvey, glad you are ok. Thanks for sharing :)
Cheers Stuart!
Glad you made it alive mate....at the end of the day thats all that matters. What happened to your Varadero? Good luck on your next adventure. B.
Awesome video of an awesome adventure! I never see videos that long, but this one captured me...
Cheers from Neuquén, Argentina (where "Ruta de los Siete Lagos" waits for you, jaja)!!!
Thank you Sir!
what sort of money do you budget for a trip like this? fuel budget etc?
what yamaha tank bag are you using?
I love your videos!
And I’m really liking this bike! How tall are you? I’m trying to figure out what I want as a first bike and I don’t want to tippy toe at stops.
Wow ill watch this later you really have come along way since the drz days well done fella :)
Cheers!
I watch all your videos mate. They are awesome. Would be good to hear some music in the background of your vlogs though!
Nice new camera! Looking forward to the next one!
Thanks Daniel!
I'm on my forth set of Roadtec 01's (24000 miles in a year!)... and the only time they slipped was 3" on black ice, I screamed at the guy leading us that there was a serious problem. 3 friends went down after us.... awesome tyre....
Bloody hell sorry to hear!
Can't agree more on the tyres, only downside I can see if the price but the quality is outstanding!
Why you don't use gps or mobile gps?
Enjoyed the video👍
Great Video, never stop making videos, please!
The passion is still strong! :D

I love Mallorca, used to visit during the summer a few years back
Deffo on the list bike wise
Another great video Harvey
Thanks John!
when i went to the top of snowdon i had a look for the TWR sticker but they removed all the stickers unfortunately
That's awesome Lucas, what a shame, I hope you had better weather than me!
Two Wheel Review luckily it was clear and there were some amazing views
Did the dash cam footage ever surface??
Love the video story and the bike. Ride safe and please re-fit the mirrors 🙂
Enjoyed your vid. Getting sick of youngsters telling me the only way is the "uni experience" sounds like there still is another way to enjoy yourself and see life after all.
All about a healthy dose of moderation IMO :)
ha, I stopped at exactly that spot at 25:00 on my trip to the Alps in July :) I spent a whole week near Aosta, exploring the area on my Fazer. I chose to stay in a hotel and I can tell it was a good choice as I paid only 30 euros per night which was very cheap comparing to those campsites with charged for showers :D I went through that San Bernard pass some 5 times and was very lucky with the weather - blue skies all the time...I was so glad I packed my kevlar jeans and mesh jacket as I had to put them on the very first day and kept wearing them throughout the trip it was so hot.
ps. hearing your mate bragging about taking out 2 links I knew it could not end up good. he better starts maintaining his bike properly or otherwise he'll hurt himself when his chain snaps ;/
ride safe gents!
Haha Ryan has learnt his lesson very well!
Can't believe we stopped at the same spot, funny that!
That hotel is a bargin, I do question camping sometimes..
map? why not GPS navigation for motorcycles?
Brilliant video boys and thank god no music
I did the furkapasse in June and filmed it but yet to put it up on CZcams. Interested in the tyres as I have the MT07. Next time Black Forest and San Bernadino!
Bernie in sydney
I'd love to do the Furkapass shame on the weather but definitely another time!
I've got nothing but good things to say about the Metzeler Roadtec 01's!
Enjoy Bernie
Great video thanks for the upload
Loved making it haha!
Good stuff fella , sucks that the bike went down (be nice if the oil culprit paid for the damage) .. I need to get out to the alps
All part of the fun haha, luckily only £200-300 in damages
Amazing mate . enjoyed your video.. my turn next year on my MT09 tracer.
Great bike for it, enjoy!
