Overweight and body fat are not mutually inclusive, there's plenty of people who can lose wight but still maintain body fat. I've also seen large Men lose weight but still have the same body fat percentage, (I saw that a lot in the Army).
It makes sense to reject someone for an unchangeable characteristic that you don't find attractive in a partner than a changeable one. You can lose weight, and become more attracted, you can't grow taller (if your an adult)

Yup. I'm a short man and whenever I ask why height discrimination is okay in this day and age, people just double down and call me insecure or say I have a complex. Keep in mind half of these people are the ones who preach about body positivity and fat shaming. The hypocrisy is palpable and impossible to denounce. I’m 5’4, I profoundly relate to this. It’s really not the hate that breaks you, people straight up disregard your importance and existence. You will be ignored, you will be invisible, people will talk over you, they will steal your ideas and repeat them louder and they will provoke you to make themselves look better since they know there isn’t much you can do in return. The worst part is when you have some delusional guy trying to hook you up with a girl and you can just see the disgust on her face as she’s fumbling on her words about why you two could never date, lol. The only advice I can give is that you need to develop a good intuition if you don’t want to get eaten alive in this world. Taller (or at least closer to the average) people might think I’m exaggerating, it’s hell out there. Being born unattractive is the single most crippling thing you can be born with, maybe second after some severe chronic illness or something lmao, but my point still stands. You CANNOT afford to be delusional, especially about who you want to date. Some people wouldn’t think twice before bullying you back into your own place if you dare to make yourself seen, it’s crazy. Be careful about what kind of friends you keep around too. Some guys also wouldn’t think twice before belittling you as a “joke” in an attempt to mog you when both of you are in the presence of a girl he might like. Despite this, if you’re careful and lucky enough, you might eventually find that 1/1000 girl which wouldn’t care about how you look as much, or at least, to a level where she is willed to give you a chance. I did find her and I did manage to have a genuine girlfriend who loved me for a little bit. It was sweet, it was nice getting a crumb of what others take for granted. She also, indirectly, helped me on a social level too as more and more people were wondering if I was gay, including my parents, for “never showing interest in girls”. The reason I didn’t was obviously because I knew what would’ve happened if I tried but you can’t tell normies that so I just had to swallow everything. Point is, it’s possible, maybe because I’m not from US, idk. But, that’s only under the condition that you’re really good at reading vibes, IMO. You don’t have the privilege of shooting your shot with everyone unless you want to be labeled as a desperate creep by every girl in your vicinity then lower your already almost nonexistent chances tenfold. You kind of have to make the girl like you before you even think about a possible relationship with her, which is very hard to do, that’s why I said it’s a 1/1000. Also, don’t open up too much too quickly about your issues unless you’re absolutely sure she’s the one and she will still accept you. It’s a trap most guys fall into after receiving minimum affection. It’s cruel but there’s like a 50/50 chance she will lose interest if she finds out you’re not an impenetrable wall. Now, about finding true friends. It’s tricky but it’s also much easier than finding a date. I think the best way of filtering out people is by wearing your heart on your sleeve (don’t do this with girls though). What I mean is that you will never find people who truly care about you unless you yourself are truly authentic with them. It will be painful, you will feel rejected a lot of the time and it will require a lot of courage but it is worth it. Those who will feel uncomfortable by your aura will slowly leave while the rest might find your honesty even more interesting then bond deeper with you. You will feel rejected for most of your life anyways so it is very important you maximize the chances of surrounding yourself with quality people. A strong support system goes such a long way and it can open so many doors for you. These were my two cents, I don’t mind continuing if you would like to discuss this further, kid named finger, pff.

i used to be in law enforcement and was on a traffic stop once where the driver, about a 19yr old guy, was either 5ft0 or 5ft1. i had to look twice at his ID. i felt really bad for the kid. hes got a tough life ahead of him no doubt.

They know it's a transaction.....they KNOW their younger, hot girlfriend or wife could get someone younger, in better shape, more handsome etc... Sure, if she leaves, she'll leave with something ($$$) but she'll never live the same lifestyle that rich older guy can give her. You can also bet that these rich guys have private investigators following their wives and there are very likely clauses in the prenup concerning adultery, which decrease what the women will get. About the only time a rich guy KNOWS a woman isn't in it for the money, or that money isn't her biggest motivation for being with him is IF, she has money too. But that is rare....very rare.
This topic needs to be more openly discussed, both women and men alike need to just be honest about how superficial we/they are. It is disgraceful how men who are "shorter" are treated, they are not given the time of day by a HUGE percentage of the dating pool, they also are mocked by other men. This has been said at some point in time by my sisters, my cousins, girls I have studied with, or worked with. I'm 6'2" as well, and I only started to notice this when I was in college when my shorter friends had problems getting dates. Consider for a moment that women are more than OK making height a major determining characteristic when choosing a male, but if men look at breast size or if we prefer larger breasts etc....(not that all men do) then we're called "pigs" at worst or at the least "shallow". Both height and breast size are physical traits/characteristics...why is desiring one OK but the other isn't? And how does that factor in with feminist philosophy and the concept of "equality"???? I mean ur right but im tecnically taller at 182cm and above average for my country yet many of my friends are shorter mostly 175 or tini bit below and have a girlfriend or way more chances with girls. I learned over the years that height is a big factor, but it matters more your fashion and be in nice shape to truly get them.
Heights important but if your shorter it isn’t a killer. At the end of the day you have to be confident about it and own it. But at 5’3 or below like the two guys in the video it’s really rough. If your 5’6 like the other guy your chilling although it’ll be a bit harder.
These coatches are partially right, so are you. I'm 173 cm (5'8), 34 years old. I have slept with much, much more women compared to my average tall male friends. One of them is 193 cm for example (I think thats what, 6'3?). In the club he would just stand there and women would approach him like flies come to poo. Most of them of course would be very short. Still my personal count for short-term relationships is more than 3x compared to him, education is higher, pay is higher and my partner now is better looking than his. I knew a 170 cm guy, who was PERFECT in social situations. He never went to the club and never said why. Of course we know why. Because there he would get crushed. So he did the bar-game and what he pulled there... damn... it was unbelievable. Every single time we went to a bar with him, he would smile flirt with the ladies and pull one after another. He had good teeth, an attractive smile, but wasn't particularly good-looking and he wasn't trained, but when he spoke, you would want to hear what he has to say, because he was educated in many fields. He also perfectly well played e-guitar, what definitely helped him much. So to tell you how it really is: you need to "put yourself out there". Meaning 2-3 times a week you have to go out and socialize. Doing this constantly you will get to know many people, including women. For that you need the right clique/friends, if you don't have it, it will be hard, especially as going out in the night as a single short guy can be dangerous. People love victimizing us short guys and threat us according to that, since they don't see us as physical threat. Counter that by going to the gym. Dating apps? Forget that crap. Women will brutally filter on height, because they can. You need to take them the opportunity to filter and this means, dating needs to be done face-to-face, where more than only pictures and height can be transported. Going to the gym 3x a week also is a must. For every man, not only short(er) guys. Do the compound lift movements routine. Man won't tell, but they will react by giving respect, as building muscle is hard to build and takes time and effort. Some of them will still mock you, but fook those losers. Remember you can't plesae everyone, and its also not your duty in life to please everyone, since most of people are average in their minds, meaning, their opinion is worthless and you can't tie your self-confidence to the opinion of worthless people. Tyson did, but he was a freak athlete that we don't see very often, but he was still over 200lbs of solid muscle. Tyson was effective as a HW because his style allowed him to get inside, because he had to. The first guy who beat him (Buster Douglas) didn't allow Tyson to do that and you see what happened. Bruce Lee had training and technique....take that away and he's not a very big guy. As the old adage says, "a good big man, will beat a good small man most of the time". Put Bruce Lee (hypothetically) at his prime against a larger, stronger version of himself who is just as fast and talented and the smaller version loses pretty much every time. Combat sports have weight classes for a reason...boxing, MMA, wrestling, judo etc..... A longer reach, which most taller guys have does give them a distinct advantage in sports like boxing and MMA (in the stand up) Height matters less on the ground.

We must acknowledge that the girl in the class expressed a lovely sentiment when she said this: “I think it doesn’t matter whether a person is tall or short, it matters how big your heart is”. I am average height, and always was throughout childhood to adulthood. I never felt short until two friends started calling me short when they were only 2 inches taller at the time and within the same height range for our then age. They got their growth spurt first, that is all. I caught up to one, and the other ended up a little taller and then they stopped saying it. This video makes me feel grateful for my height. It also causes me to feel even more compassion for those who are insecure about their height.

The insecurity stems for permanent real rejection. - You won't get the promotion, no matter how socially well you are positioned and how good you work - You will see (very) tall people succeed in their career, despite same or lower qualifications - Nobody will look at you in "the club", while your tall friend will tower over the people and just needs to stand on the dancefloor and many women will approach him - Women will defend their heightism will all sorts of crap, for example calling me (5'8) uneducated (University degree) in front of her tall boyfriend (not even highschool...) - Male competitors in career and dating will literally push you away to demonstrate dominance by physical force. People seeing this won't root for you, but for the bully The problem therefore is how much a short guy internalizes this rejection to become part of his self. I realized being short and the disadvantages only age around 30. I was literally dumb enough in my teens to not realize and so it never really became an issue for my personality. I just thought it would be the norm for most guys to really have to work for example for having a dating life and I did work for it massively. I splept with all sorts of women out there. Short, average, much taller than me, blondes, brunettes, overweight, skinny, everything. While the so-called "Society" told me to fook off, in my 30ties I saw I couldn't manage to be "elected" to any career, got into investing, since the market has other values than people and went straigth up to multimillionaire. If you see you can't win the game, swap the game and play another one. For the non-self-made-rich (rather) short guys: money solves money problems, not dating-problems. Remember that. Also: going to the gym isn't "optional". It's a must. A must for every man. No matter your height. It will drastically improve all kinds of successes. Hiring-rates in job interviews with the fat biceps will go 10x (if you work in special fields like Sales for example), it basically can replace your degree moneywise. In dating being short is an issue, but don't overcomplicate things. It's not a death sentence. There are over 3.5 billion women on this planet. You will find a good woman. Put yourself out there 1-3 times a week, get to know people, speak with them, build relationships, go to the gym 3x a week and don't you dare only working 9-to-5. I'm 5'7" and I can totally relate. Both of my younger brothers were taller than me and my younger sisters were close to my height. Even the super short girls wanted to date really tall guys so rejection was frequent. Being short can destroy a man's confidence in dating and overall success. Remember that old song "Short People"? Being short is just one of the many things I hate about myself.

Mom’s 5’4 and dad is 5’7, I was expected to be 5’8 and I became 5’11. I will always never take for granted my height because it’s honestly lucky that I made it to where I am with myself. Also I know preference is a thing and tall is just as much of a preference for other things like hair, face, voice and physique. Height is almost strictly genetics, my father is 6’1 and my mother is 5’3 but I only grew somewhat between them at 5’7 (I’m a male). My grandfather (mother’s father) is also 5’7 & we have similar characteristics body wise.. if only my father mated with someone taller or within his height range, I would’ve grown somewhere around his height. I'm 5' 4" and when (in my younger days) told women I met that I was in the army they asked "Aren't you too small to be in the army". I just laughed. Both men and women do care about physical attributes, this shouldn't be a surprise. I’m 5’4, I profoundly relate to this. It’s really not the hate that breaks you, people straight up disregard your importance and existence. You will be ignored, you will be invisible, people will talk over you, they will steal your ideas and repeat them louder and they will provoke you to make themselves look better since they know there isn’t much you can do in return. The worst part is when you have some delusional guy trying to hook you up with a girl and you can just see the disgust on her face as she’s fumbling on her words about why you two could never date, lol.
The only advice I can give is that you need to develop a good intuition if you don’t want to get eaten alive in this world. Taller (or at least closer to the average) people might think I’m exaggerating, it’s hell out there. Being born unattractive is the single most crippling thing you can be born with, maybe second after some severe chronic illness or something lmao, but my point still stands.
You CANNOT afford to be delusional, especially about who you want to date. Some people wouldn’t think twice before bullying you back into your own place if you dare to make yourself seen, it’s crazy. Be careful about what kind of friends you keep around too. Some guys also wouldn’t think twice before belittling you as a “joke” in an attempt to mog you when both of you are in the presence of a girl he might like.
Despite this, if you’re careful and lucky enough, you might eventually find that 1/1000 girl which wouldn’t care about how you look as much, or at least, to a level where she is willed to give you a chance. I did find her and I did manage to have a genuine girlfriend who loved me for a little bit. It was sweet, it was nice getting a crumb of what others take for granted. She also, indirectly, helped me on a social level too as more and more people were wondering if I was gay, including my parents, for “never showing interest in girls”. The reason I didn’t was obviously because I knew what would’ve happened if I tried but you can’t tell normies that so I just had to swallow everything.
Point is, it’s possible, maybe because I’m not from US, idk. But, that’s only under the condition that you’re really good at reading vibes, IMO. You don’t have the privilege of shooting your shot with everyone unless you want to be labeled as a desperate creep by every girl in your vicinity then lower your already almost nonexistent chances tenfold. You kind of have to make the girl like you before you even think about a possible relationship with her, which is very hard to do, that’s why I said it’s a 1/1000. Also, don’t open up too much too quickly about your issues unless you’re absolutely sure she’s the one and she will still accept you. It’s a trap most guys fall into after receiving minimum affection. It’s cruel but there’s like a 50/50 chance she will lose interest if she finds out you’re not an impenetrable wall.
Now, about finding true friends. It’s tricky but it’s also much easier than finding a date. I think the best way of filtering out people is by wearing your heart on your sleeve (don’t do this with girls though). What I mean is that you will never find people who truly care about you unless you yourself are truly authentic with them. It will be painful, you will feel rejected a lot of the time and it will require a lot of courage but it is worth it. Those who will feel uncomfortable by your aura will slowly leave while the rest might find your honesty even more interesting then bond deeper with you.
You will feel rejected for most of your life anyways so it is very important you maximize the chances of surrounding yourself with quality people. A strong support system goes such a long way and it can open so many doors for you. These were my two cents, I don’t mind continuing if you would like to discuss this further, kid named finger, pff.

These coatches are partially right, so are you. I'm 173 cm (5'8), 34 years old. I have slept with much, much more women compared to my average tall male friends. One of them is 193 cm for example (I think thats what, 6'3?). In the club he would just stand there and women would approach him like flies come to poo. Most of them of course would be very short. Still my personal count for short-term relationships is more than 3x compared to him, education is higher, pay is higher and my partner now is better looking than his.

I am average height, and always was throughout childhood to adulthood. I never felt short until two friends started calling me short when they were only 2 inches taller at the time and within the same height range for our then age. They got their growth spurt first, that is all. I caught up to one, and the other ended up a little taller and then they stopped saying it. This video makes me feel grateful for my height. It also causes me to feel even more compassion for those who are insecure about their height.
Whatever your height may be, and if you have experienced any kind of discrimination in relation to anything, I hope you will continue to be brave. If you have not already, consider focusing on acquiring discipline and maximizing development of your natural gifts.

I was literally dumb enough in my teens to not realize and so it never really became an issue for my personality. Short, average, much taller than me, blondes, brunettes, overweight, skinny, everything.

Height is almost strictly genetics, my father is 6’1 and my mother is 5’3 but I only grew somewhat between them at 5’7 (I’m a male). My grandfather (mother’s father) is also 5’7 & we have similar characteristics body wise.. if only my father mated with someone taller or within his height range, I would’ve grown somewhere around his height.
