This is the best apartment I have seen in a long time. Excellent. If it were not for the closet being In front of the bed in the second room, thus impeding the placement of a big TV, this apartment would be PERFECT

I hate the pillar in the middle of the bedroom and what’s with the weird glass enclosure that’s runs around the apartment - the architect is either very clever and has thought of something no one else has or is a complete nincompoop. Can someone explain what
purpose the glass enclosure serves?
the entire building has that, it's a design choice rather than have a balcony so the outside of the building can look the way it does. i agree i really don't like it and would much prefer an actual balcony
Good for soundproofing but some of them are so narrow they are useless. Calling them winter gardens is hilarious.
