So, in today's video, I am training with Justin who is 6’2 and weighs in at 205lbs. So, this one is a pretty big size and weight difference. Justin is a white belt who has been at our gym for a while. He had to stop training because he went into the military. But, he is back with us and we are all so happy to have him back! He is a bigger guy, but he rolls very controlled and is a great training partner for all body types and sizes!

This is actually good exercise apart from all else. Handling a bigger opponent on one side, and dealing with superior skill while being distracted.
Iv decided to do judo with my wife so I can teach her all about safety if she ever is in those situations and I can have that peaceful smile teaching her which this guy was havi g throughout 😅

In spite of the more superficial, distracting aspects of the roll, your set up and fight for the arm bar was actually impressive.
It's just a combination of people being coomer brained, and the acknowledgement that things would be very awkward for many guys if you're grappling with an attractive woman wearing a skin tight outfit. Like, if you're wrestling with someone and their groin slams / rubs into your face, that can be weird, but if you're wrestling with a woman and your body is like grinding into areas between her legs, or even near it, I think most of us would feel like we're doing something incredibly wrong, even if it's just part of how a fight goes.

NOW it's realistic! while we're at it, boxing needs brass knuckles instead of gloves. tkd should just allow you to pull out a gun and shoot them every time someone misses a tornado kick. mma fighters need to fight wild animals too.
just know if you break your sparring partner from training too intense- er realistically, they may not want to or be capable of training with you anymore.

It reminds me of when I started wresting in highschool and this experienced junior that was 20 pounds lighter than me....showed me how technique could stop everything I wanted to do, gassed me out, and just overall dominated being 20 pounds lighter. Looks like you are giving up a lot more than 20 pounds!

I have never told this story, but.... I've been practicing Jiu Jitsu since 2014 and I still remember this girl, she was way older than me back then. she must have been 25 years old and was going to the gym for a few years. they squared us up and while we were fighting, she was constantly trying to teach me new moves. At a certain point, I was on my back, she was above me, facing me and trying to do a mountain triangle with a leg almost behind my head. then she stopped and called our sensei to ask for instructions. I swear guys, Jesus could have taken me to heaven in that moment and i wouldn't have been mad at him. her legs were so strong and thick, she was smelling like a flower from EVERYSINGLE part of her body and she was beautiful as they come.I almost fainted because it was so perfect. after that I only saw her once more and then never again....
