- Ready to feel super strong in your legs and glutes? Let's crush this Leg and Glutes Strength Session! This routine is designed to target your lower body, providing an epic burn in your quads and glutes. Stay tuned to our Up Next window for seamless transitions and make the most of your rest periods.
Each exercise will be performed for 3 rounds of 45 seconds, aiming for 8-12 reps per round. Push yourself to the limit and embrace the burn, aiming to reach failure by the third round. Select challenging resistance levels to maximize your results!
This workout includes a customized Warm-Up and Cool-Down. It's perfect for a low-impact yet intense training session. I used my 15-55lb dumbbells for my best workouts, grab the weights that work for you!

@@mariamkhan692 It's probably not advisable to do an intense workout like this when you're fasting, because you don't have anything to replenish the energy you expend.

Begging for longer transitions to get ready for the next set 😭
This! I paused a lot to give extra time to rest, replenish my muscles so I could go heavier and keep great form. 15 sec is not enough time BUT I get that Sydney has to keep it short to keep the workout time at 45 min
I always pause to adjust my weights as I don't have plenty. That's okay.
I absolutely love these workouts but I’m in the same boat. I’ve found myself writing down her workouts and doing my own rest periods so I can get the proper amount of rest in. When lifting this heavy don’t we need to make sure we’re not straining ourselves? I always feel like my heart is going to explode and I’ve been training for years.
I keep thinking that this is why the big leg workouts used to always be 60 min? I hit pause a lot too. I don't want to trip over my weights and bust myself up.
I just pause and take longer rests between sets
I started working out with Sydney since April 2020. I’m so proud to stay with this program until today. And today is a special day for me as is my 60th birthday and I’m in the best shape of my life. Lots of gratitude to have found this channel. 🙏💪🥵

Today was certainly one where I was not motivated- leg day-ugh-45 min-ugh….but I showed up and pushed hard anyway- thank you for the encouragement and glad I didn’t let a mental block keep me from doing it- now that it’s finished I am so happy I did it!!!

I’m just contemplating how Sydney did split squats with 30lb dumbbells on each hand and I was over here with just a 20lb dumbbell struggling!!! But I did my best!! Sydney is in on 🔥!!!!!! 💪🏼
Girl I had one 15 and had to drop it, would go as long as I could each time to failure drop the weight and keep going and not give up. Split squats are my nemesis but, Syd is reaaalllly pushing us this month. Loving it!

Yes, I crushed it! 💥I loved the 2 rounds, then the FLEX round to max it out! 🔥I am getting so much stronger in my legs with this flex program. I have been consistently using heavier weights than usual on my squats and deadlifts, and also my step-ups. Fot the last round I chose step-ups, and I loved that feeling of accomplishment at the end! 💪
I think this was the toughest workout I’ve done in days…
But as long as the step ups finished everything was ok for me 😂

Whenever I come into a leg day I always get a bit hesitant to show up, but I always push myself to get here and I’m always glad I did. The weights I’ve been able to push myself to use are surprising to me. ❤ this community

Loving the challenge of maxing out our gluts and quads and hamstrings, believe in yourself, the body is capable of what the mind sees is possible. We can do hard things and they are good for us. The work and effort is what makes us great.

I was truly worried about this workout, only because of a sore knee. I just decided to go lighter than I normally would. Went well and my knee was only a little sensitive. Looking forward to rest day tomorrow and I’m going to stretch tonight!

Sydney's encouragement throughout the workouts really keeps me going whenever I feel my energy failing. Sometimes my mind says "you can't do any more", but Sydney says "don't stop, you can do it", and then I say "yes, I can" and I keep going!

I was pretty sick for almost a whole week this month, and then I had to miss Fri and Sat's workouts last week bc i was gone. So I haven't gotten as much out of this month as I should have, but thankful for the wisdom to not dwell on the misses (and not worrying about needing to catch up on everything) and just looking forward and continuing to be consistent each day!

Crushed it! I got confused when Sydney said left leg first and did step ups. I didn't realize until the 2nd round that it wasn't supposed to be single leg. So I did all 3 rounds on the left leg and then did the right leg during the choose your own exercise set. Wasn't the exercise I would have picked, but had to even it out, so it was good we had that bonus set!
