    This conversation is so important. I believe most people's heath issues stem from some kind of adrenal fatigue, starting from our youth. Anyone who has grown up in a dysfunctional family, a bad neighborhood, around a lot of negativity, etc., I believe is suffering from extreme adrenal fatigue. We never really get to shut off the "fight or flight" mechanism and we end up as unhealthy adults.

      @PowerRedBullTypology Před 3 lety +3

      @@whatta1501 Yes, when people have weakeneed adrenal function and someone is basically in 'fight or flight' mode a lot of the time, it's not fully in their control how they can even respond to that on a concious level, because before they have a choice in the matter, their body already due to the weakened adrenal function already activates a high stress response (fight or flight mode, anxiety). So small problems become big problems with adrenal fatique. Where you would normally only get a high stress reaction with bigger problems like you were mobbed for example, now someone speakiing too loudly might already trigger that high stress response in their body. I've been taking vitamin C for a while and ever since I started doing that I feel SO much better. No more fight or flight half of the day..things annoy me much less. I take the camu camu version of vitamin C. Also pantothenic acid helps me (B5), but somehow just like some other B vitamins, it triggers constipation in me which is not always worth it. Camu Camu vitamin C does seem to work without clear downsides though

    CFS/ME sufferers have a citric acid base disturbance and should avoid Vit C in its acidic form. Use Calcium Ascorbate instead or you’ll be peeing every 10 mins.
    Adrenal exhaustion can be relieved by ingesting magnesium which also acts as a precursor for both potassium & calcium. Ginseng can be used for fatigue but can exacerbate the issue if incorrect ginseng or too much is used.

    I have a nutrition book that is so awesome and explain and refer to the scientific studies. I threw away the other nutrientsbook bc you can notice some personal opinion hints and its not explaining so well as that book. It is BIG and it cover it all. I bring it wherever I go! That is also what I love about your videos. You're explaining things so well! One notice that you do not "just think or heard this", you explain how! And I really need that how!!! You bring things up very logical and clear! It is like reading my nutritionbook! Nutrition is my passion! I cant get enough! 😁 Thank you for your awesome educating videos!

As a former hospice aid, former licensed mental health counselor, and having taken care of husband and daughter in passing, I’m having trouble losing 10 lbs on the keto/fast. Frequently bloated, and I’m thinking the adrenals have had quite a stress. I ordered dr.Bergs Adrenal & cortical capsules. Here’s the deal. As directed I would take 3 a day, durning meals. I don’t eat 3 times a day but one snack, one meal. Ideas to get 3 a day welcomed please. This is all new for me.
