Thank you dr. Berg! Can you do a video addressing the natural management (no steroids) of mild adrenal hyperplasia and side effects ? It is when the cortisol production is (partially) impaired due to a lack of enzymes and intermediate / precursor products accumulate and this whole picture leads to hormone unbalances.
I am a very smart dude but Dr. Berg always finds things I need to know that I did not know. Thanks Again and happy birthday!
Smart as the average Adrenal Gland runs, with out Interrupting the intelligent of meaning.
Thanks Doc ,ur awesome ,God bless u for helping people.
Very glad to be of help.

God bless you Doctor yeah I got Addison’s disease I’m learning the hard way about my adrenals. I do take camo camo. It’s high in vitamin C and I take my B5 D3, K2 boron magnesium salmon, oil, and many others. Thanks to you, Doctor you are a blessing. Me and my husband have learned a lot from you You are Great big help my God bless you🥰💕.
A major effect of Addison's disease is that you lose a ton of salt. When you have Addison's, you have enough potassium but not enough sodium 👉 www.drberg.com/blog/when-should-you-not-take-extra-potassium
If you wanna improve adrenal gland, eat beef kidneys or adrenal gland. Vegetables causing more problem atleast for me due to effects of anti nutrients
People with Addison is always tired too. I know and at high vitamin C you’re absolutely right it does give you some energy absolutely right I always love your videos Dr. Berg you’re a great help.🥰❤️
Question, and commenters also welcome to pipe in please. As a former hospice aid, former licensed mental health counselor, and having taken care of husband and daughter in passing, I’m having trouble losing 10 lbs on the keto/fast. Frequently bloated, and I’m thinking the adrenals have had quite a stress. I ordered dr.Bergs Adrenal & cortical capsules. Here’s the deal. As directed I would take 3 a day, durning meals. I don’t eat 3 times a day but one snack, one meal. Ideas to get 3 a day welcomed please. This is all new for me.
Just recently purchased your nutritional yeast tabs and the adrenal & cortisol support tabs. Confident of major health improvements.
Be well then!
I take boabab powder which has lots of vitamin C
i did for a whyle, didnt notice anything so i stopped
@Taiwo Omotosho together? Tried moringa- doesnt do anything for me, at all. Tried it in different forms.
Thanks Dr B for this great information
Very glad to be of help.
I appreciate all the videos that you have on adrenal because I have Addison’s disease and you are very helpful about the intake of extra sodium and vitamin C. The more information on videos that you can give her Addison’s disease to help Addison’s patient. Please do post more because I have Addison’s disease I can use all the help I can get, I am trying to cope with this on my own no medication. I do not want to turn my body over to medication. I’m trying to do natural Addison’s disease. Nobody wants it a horrible thing to deal with every every day.
I thank the universe for Dr. Berg everyday 💞
The "universe can't hear you...." whatever that is...

Thanks, Dr Berg!
Your a life savor man.
There were a couple of nuggets in there I hadn't heard before, particularly neurological tissue in the adrenals. Thank you!
Beef liver, heart and kidney are right up there with sauerkraut per 100g serving. Why didn't they make the list?
@Nicky Bobby Not everyone is going to chow down on shrubs every day.
@Nicky Bobby You don't have to feel bad for me. I'm healthier than I've been in 30 years, when I ate more salads. Your carb requirement (including fiber) is zero.
@Nicky Bobby Doesn't have anything to do with CZcams, and that's a novel way to call me a liar.
U can make a video about Addison deseas please
Omg I love Dr Berg. I never had s as y adrenal issues until my father became ill and I was asked fir a divorce . The two traumatic combinations are a lethal weapon to adrenals and overall health .. I keep on w yoga meditation adaptigens and vita C flushes, are amazing how good it makes one feel

Please can you do a video on strong urine odor and what it could indicate. Thank you.
a glaze air freshner in the restroom could help calm things down
It probably indicates you have wandered into another animal's territory.
ketosis
@@Diogenes-II There is no "too much animal protein," unless you have damaged your kidneys with excess carbs.
@@OverdoneAndUnderpaid loool... Why why on earth did I read this 😂😂😭
I always learn something new from your channel. My bet was on Vitamin Bs.
Always the best is you Dr Eric thank you very much for this important video🥀💐🌷🌻🌸🌺🌹🌼🎋🌹🌷🌻💐🥀🌸🌺🌹
Do you have a reference to show that vit c isn't absorbed in the presence of glucose? Doesn't sound believable to me, because vit c is so abundant in fruits.
THANK YOU!!!! Can you do a video on Addison’s disease please?! I really appreciate it! And how to slam it into remission?
Try typing in dr berg autoimmune disease - that may help
I was waiting for this information, thank you soo much
You're most welcome! Glad you found it helpful!

You are the best, thank you for replying my comments
I appreciate that 🌹❤️
Never had this happen before but i crave oranges. Cant get enough.
Can adrenl pain be felt in the front under the ribs??
My absorption is poor so when I eat cruciferous I bloat terribly can you help with this? Dr. Berg
What are the vitamins? I can't watch the video due to a hearing condition
Interesting - never would of guessed that.
wanna fill out how vitamin c was redefined as just the ascorbic acid shell and not the cv k j and bioflavinoids. so you could mass produce acid from black mold that have no bioavailable effects.
It comes from black mold? Is that why i nearly died taking it once? Omg
This one is a really important content...
I was I science student but today I got to know glucose will not allow vitamin c to get absorbed by adrenal glands...
How can I thankyou much for the information and super videos..
Regards
The transcript was garbled...
Has this happened to anyone else?
Sometimes I scroll through the transcript if I'm pressed for time...
Vit C? Perfect! I ate a skillet full of fried cabbage with dinner tonight.
Dr.Burg, I appreciate your knowledge and ability to make our life healthier. And by saying that, could you please make a vedio on *Visceral fat* ( how to targeting them effectively and what eating elements and sport type should be in the plan) some recommedations while we are working and studying at home in coronavirus time.
Thanks for your great vedios ♥️
Type in dr berg visceral fat in CZcams search.
The vitamin c was to start for me.
I could have sworn he said in another video vitamin c is too stimulating for adrenal fatigue 😩
Scurvy... Hadn't thought about that since health class in grade school😁 Thanks Dr B☺🎆
Kakadu plum from Australia has the most vit c of all foods. There’s a company that has freeze dried available.
Camu Camu?
Hiiii there..... thanks for sharing.... I've just read your comment from 2 years ago regarding Kakadu Plum..... I've been onto it for about a year.... thanks ....regards David Australia 🇦🇺 .... ;)
So, pineal gland and adrenals work alternately. The lesser time adrenals are activated, the more beneficial/calming you become?
I miss your white board and marker!😁❤
Sir Dr.Berg 🙏
