Having done all of this from plans, working alone, this is SO much easier / faster. Started by watching Bill Spring VHS videos of building the Hummelbird to understand the process. Knew nothing about building airplanes. I learned a huge amount that you miss with a kit, but I can see the lure of building this way. And you don't save any money building from plans because you build practically every part at least twice. Took four tries to get the sail between the rudder and fuselage to come out. There were no kits at that time though. Nice video.

you say "now we are all clecoed, we can drill it and then rivet it. Doesn't it all have to be taken apart and deburred before reassembling and then riveting?

Matt, you need to replace your video editor. You're woeking on the bottom skin. It's clecoed in place, then you talk about its time to match the blue line of the rib bottom to the skin holes. Next, we're told to drill the bottom skin.
OBTW, I'm a retaired medical tv training engineer.
    Thx for your efforts!
