This list is based on the VCP average price from December 31, 2023.
This list doesn't include any modern cards, particularly autos, a few of which would probably make this list. A couple of currently ungraded vintage cards might also make this list once they are slabbed.

Vintage is the best! The 1955 style is one of my favorite...and the 57's...first year of real photography...good stuff...hooked on cardboard!!

All the 54 Topps cards are sweet, one of my favorite sets! Love both Teddy’s! It might be worth it to crack the 250 out of the slab and send it to PSA for another opinion if you can’t find the erasure mark. The 52 Topps Hodges is a beauty! Red Man cards are so nice, I like the Reese. I have that one minus the tab! That Macgregor Mays is awesome! A Hank Aaron rookie card would be the cornerstone of many collections!

Thanks, Hugo! Yeah, tough on the Authentic but for whatever reason Erased to me doesn't seem quite as bad as Evidence of Trimming. I enjoy having it for the eye appeal alone.
Great list John! I still need to add the 54 to my Willie run and yours is beautiful. Seeing a Cracker Jack in a 7 grade makes it feel like looking at a reprint it’s so well preserved and gorgeous. Great job.

New subscriber John! Very nice cards & solid list. The 1967 is one of my favorite Mantle from the sixties too. I like your video production showing cards the way you do & your appropriate yet not excessive commentary.

Awesome video John! I love the 54 set and you have some really sweet cards that are all on my hit list. I was thinking of putting a list together for my cards even though I don't own any comma cards. Really enjoyed this it will be fun to see how it changes after 2024.

Thanks. Right now, my goal focus is on finishing the '78 Hall of Fame run. I have nine to go and will post an update video probably in the next week. In terms of building full sets, not so much vintage right now but the Topps Chrome Platinum Anniversary product has caught my attention. I've completed the first two.

I will go out of my way to say, though, that there are many, MANY other content creators who could offer more and better insights on making videos. For the most part, I press record on my phone and start talking, lol.
Do you suggest buying raw, or graded? I prefer to buy raw, due to the pricing..but if you add the cost of grading a card, I'm not sure which is best..
