Pin this: Non of the CMD ways worked for me on various methods to get passed the error. The way which worked for me, was to go into my boot menu via the UFIE (or similar option stated) then select your normal boot drive (The drive you have windows installed on) again then it may automatically restart or restart your computer by manually pressing the off button or via an option if possible. OMG dude I WOULD LITERALLY PAY YOU.... THANK YOU!!!!!! I was getting so impatient and some of the scripts didn’t even work it couldn’t find some files, but after some waiting in the end and some restarts as it said undoing changes. AND BOOM my laptop is back 🤧
This fix worked even when it said “access is denied” for /fixboot and I wasn’t able to even get to the regback through the drive since windows changed the location of the file I think. Just trust the process lol

Our PC ended up with this problem after updating to Windows 11 and tried all the options that I could see including going back to Windows 10 and resetting the PC but nothing worked, then I found this video and thought I might as well give it a go as I didn't seem to have much to lose and I followed the commands at the bottom of the screen and even though some things took a long time and some didn't seem to go the same as shown in the video my PC is now working again! As someone else pointed out, follow the instructions shown at the bottom of the video and not the x: shown in the black screen prompts. Thanks for this vid. A friend of mine spent over $1000 trying to get the problem solved and it did temporarily then came back to the boot error. I did get Access Denied and Path Not Found in some cases but the computer booted after I followed all steps. Will be monitoring it to see how it goes from here.

Hello Thank you for uploading such valuable content, I am from the Caribbean, I do not know English but seeing some of your tutorials (with the help of the translated subtitles) it is clear to me that you are the only one who can help me, sorry because maybe I extend but I want to be sufficiently explicit as I will rely on the translator to explain my problem. I would like you to help me please, let me tell you the problem. Before when I turned on my laptop I could access through the F9 key to the "Aorus utility" that was inside winRE, when I chose it, it started a smart recovery that restored the factory default settings for the configuration of the pc erasing everything. Up to that point everything is fine because on several occasions I got to use it and everything was fine. My problem starts when one morning I turn on the computer and it has a blue screen error which by various methods tried to correct without any success, for that time unfortunately I still did not know this wonderful channel and I was forced to have to start the process to format the computer using a USB with windows 11 that I downloaded, after starting the process I had to go choosing some options to questions that I made the windows installation dialog box, questions like: What type of installation you want? In my case I chose "Custom: Install windows only (Advanced)", this led me to the next question: Where do you want to install windows? at that time showed 5 partitions the first 3 were the 3 typical windows partitions, the 4th a recovery called winRE of 1GB and the 5th a recovery called recoveyImage of 16GB with letter D assigned, I proceeded to delete the first 3 partitions and then create a new partition with the entire volume that had left the elimination of the first 3 partitions. This created 3 new partitions and as I never deleted partitions 4 (winRE) and 5 (RecoveyImage) I had 5 partitions again, after having 5 partitions again I selected partition 3 which said "main" to install the system there, thus starting the windows installation. After installing windows I wanted to see if I still had access to the "Aorus utility" since I did not delete the winRE and RecoveryImage partitions, as I had already mentioned, I tried to access winRE when turning on the laptop through the F9 key but it is no longer possible to do so the computer lost that ability, so I had to access winRE through: Settings then go to recovery and from the available options choose advanced startup "Restart now", this way if I accessed winRE but the "Aorus utility" is gone, but the partitions winRE and recoveryimage is still on my laptop because I consulted it with "command prompt" with the difference that now RecoveryImage does not have the letter D assigned. The questions would be the following: 1- Is there a way to reuse the "Aorus utility" or directly the smart recovery considering what I have told you? 2-What would be the process to do it?
After 1 day of frustration finally my laptop opened Thank you thank you so much. I tried others cmd but my lapopt wont open but with your technique i succeed love you😘😘😘😘

So I got to the /fixboot part, got denied then I did the "A" fix in the FAQ answers. When I got to step 5, it couldn't find a directory. Then I tried to run that solution to run the chkdsk again but could not find it from /boot. I was going to go deeper but my supervisor had me restart the computer for "reasons." When it booted up this time, to my surprised it was fixed. So for anyone wondering, all these steps my not be necessary. For all I know,y problem might have been fixed with the chkdsk scan considering it found a lot of "bad clusters" in stage 4. Good luck to all who try this! I worked, technically, for me! Thanks OP.

I did the first step and it's just doing the, "stage 4: looking for bad clusters in user file data...". So fingers crossed this works.

Guys, if it is not working for you, disconnect your hard disks and turn on and turn off your pc, then connect again your disk and try again

Our PC ended up with this problem after updating to Windows 11 and tried all the options that I could see including going back to Windows 10 and resetting the PC but nothing worked, then I found this video and thought I might as well give it a go as I didn't seem to have much to lose and I followed the commands at the bottom of the screen and even though some things took a long time and some didn't seem to go the same as shown in the video my PC is now working again! As someone else pointed out, follow the instructions shown at the bottom of the video and not the x: shown in the black screen prompts. It might not work for everyone but it definitely worked for us so far! Thank you again and we will be subscribing!

Thanks for this vid. A friend of mine spent over $1000 trying to get the problem solved and it did temporarily then came back to the boot error. I did get Access Denied and Path Not Found in some cases but the computer booted after I followed all steps.
Will be monitoring it to see how it goes from here.

Hello Thank you for uploading such valuable content, I am from the Caribbean, I do not know English but seeing some of your tutorials (with the help of the translated subtitles) it is clear to me that you are the only one who can help me, sorry because maybe I extend but I want to be sufficiently explicit as I will rely on the translator to explain my problem. I would like you to help me please, let me tell you the problem.
Before when I turned on my laptop I could access through the F9 key to the "Aorus utility" that was inside winRE, when I chose it, it started a smart recovery that restored the factory default settings for the configuration of the pc erasing everything. Up to that point everything is fine because on several occasions I got to use it and everything was fine. My problem starts when one morning I turn on the computer and it has a blue screen error which by various methods tried to correct without any success, for that time unfortunately I still did not know this wonderful channel and I was forced to have to start the process to format the computer using a USB with windows 11 that I downloaded, after starting the process I had to go choosing some options to questions that I made the windows installation dialog box, questions like: What type of installation you want? In my case I chose "Custom: Install windows only (Advanced)", this led me to the next question: Where do you want to install windows? at that time showed 5 partitions the first 3 were the 3 typical windows partitions, the 4th a recovery called winRE of 1GB and the 5th a recovery called recoveyImage of 16GB with letter D assigned, I proceeded to delete the first 3 partitions and then create a new partition with the entire volume that had left the elimination of the first 3 partitions. This created 3 new partitions and as I never deleted partitions 4 (winRE) and 5 (RecoveyImage) I had 5 partitions again, after having 5 partitions again I selected partition 3 which said "main" to install the system there, thus starting the windows installation.
After installing windows I wanted to see if I still had access to the "Aorus utility" since I did not delete the winRE and RecoveryImage partitions, as I had already mentioned, I tried to access winRE when turning on the laptop through the F9 key but it is no longer possible to do so the computer lost that ability, so I had to access winRE through: Settings then go to recovery and from the available options choose advanced startup "Restart now", this way if I accessed winRE but the "Aorus utility" is gone, but the partitions winRE and recoveryimage is still on my laptop because I consulted it with "command prompt" with the difference that now RecoveryImage does not have the letter D assigned.
The questions would be the following:
1- Is there a way to reuse the "Aorus utility" or directly the smart recovery considering what I have told you?
2-What would be the process to do it?
After 1 day of frustration finally my laptop opened

So I got to the /fixboot part, got denied then I did the "A" fix in the FAQ answers. When I got to step 5, it couldn't find a directory. Then I tried to run that solution to run the chkdsk again but could not find it from /boot. I was going to go deeper but my supervisor had me restart the computer for "reasons."
When it booted up this time, to my surprised it was fixed. So for anyone wondering, all these steps my not be necessary. For all I know,y problem might have been fixed with the chkdsk scan considering it found a lot of "bad clusters" in stage 4.
