Hello, Have tried the command prompt method to resolve this issue but for the fixboot command it results into access denied though all other commands worked fine, and the error still persists. Are you available for paid remote support to fix this issue. Your help is most valuable, thanks.

I don’t have my administrator account to go to command prompt
I don’t know why i didn’t think about it but all i had to do was restore my system from an hour before i encountered this problem
When this C:\Windows\System32\LogFiles\Srt happens the restore points are often not found, but still worth a try.
Chkdsk cannot run because of the volume is in run by another process
Often when I try the system restore point, it says no restore point found, even though there are many there!
How do you get them to show up ?

Type bootsect/nt60 ALL then try bootrec /fixboot again
