Please Sir, I need some clarification about the process for the University track: am I to apply to the school for admission and also to the Korean Embassy for the scholarship separately?
That is, do I have to prepare and send my documents to the University and also prepare my documents and send them to apply for the GKS too?

Thank you, Doc! After completing the form, are we gonna send the hard copy of the completed form, or will scan it back to them?
You can email the school, some allow you send your documents via email pending the time the physical copy will get to them. Others only want you to send physical copy. If you are applying through embassy they want only physical copies
Seems most of the universities are requesting for an application fee

You can get a letter of English proficiency from your previous institution stating that you were taught in English and of course you wrote all your exams in English. Most foreign schools do accept this in place of IELTS.
Sir, is it necessary to notarized documents at federal ministry of education or I can use notary public. And send my documents to the embassy for final approval.

So I'm applying for this korean scholarship I'm fully prepared but I did one mistake that is not registering for topik test on time now I cannot get the topik test results before applying for application deadline and I really need the topik for the admission and I'm fully prepared for the topik test I'm good at korean I have been learning it for last 15 months it's just this mistake of not registering on time but the thing is that the April topik is not taken yet but the registration is closed so my question is that is there a way I can still register for it maybe with late registration fee or something and if not is there anyother type of korean language test I can take please reply its really important I missed the last year scholarship for not taking the korean topik test I have worked really hard for this I don't want to waste another year of mine
