- Welp... everyone has been asking me 'what's the secret' it hasn't been a secret, just a personal transformation that has given me so much joy and happiness. I had Gastric Bypass surgery on 3rd November 2021, 11 months later I am finally ready to open up and share what it is that I had done for weight loss.

I had VSG January 2021. Best decision of my life. No more diabetes, high blood pressure, and my joints no longer ache. I can do anything and go anywhere without concern of fit or accommodations. Like you, I was READY. I turned 40 and desperately needed the transformation on a physical, mental, and spiritual level.

I knew it!!!!! I knew!!!! I’m so proud of you!!! I had VSG 12/16/14 I’ve lost 200lbs! Haven’t gained a pound back!! BEST DECISION I’ve ever made for myself! Love you sis 🫶🏽
I have a question, they don't have minimum weights right? Like if I'm 210/215 and want it I would be able to right? I found doctors in Turkey that would do it but I'm still doing research, I want to be as well informed as possible.

Sleep apnea is considered an obesity related illness. And people die from sleep apnea. So good for you for doing this for yourself and your health.
Not all. There are so.e folks diagnosed with sleep apnea that are not obese.

I had VSG two years ago. I lost 100lbs and am in the best condition physically, emotionally and mentally that I have been in my life. My only regret was not doing it 10 years ago. Take your time and enjoy the ride ! You radiate happiness and joy- hang onto that !!!!❤❤❤❤

I am glad you took the right decision for you but I wish you were transparent since the beginning. I remembered at the beginning of the year , you said that you made some lifestyle changes. You changed the way you eat and you are doing therapy. The reality is that losing more than 50 pounds on your own is very hard . Anything that is a benefit for your health is the ultimate good decision.

I love love this video!! Your reason why you had gastric bypass is exactly the same reason why I resorted to liposuction in my tummy after my second baby. I was ready for a change, I was working out and trying to eat healthy, but it was hard to do it consistently because I’m a busy mother and wife. I needed to see this Chanel! I’m making this decision as I’m starting a new job and getting health insurance once again. I’ve been so scared to pull the trigger. Im still decided between vsg and bypass. But yes, I want that feeling of wanting to live and live lively! I want to be able to do things!
