Mondeo Mk3 ST220 Vactan, will this idea work?

- Well after the issue i had with the Vactan on the Mondeo Mk3 ST chassis, I done some more research and come across a forum where people was having the same issue.
The advice given was to heat up the work area so the metal was warm and apply the Vactan then as silly me never read the complete instructions of the Vactan and it clearly states do not apply below 10c, so the advice was to use a heat gun to heat up the area and try again.
So far seems to of work but only time will tell.

Should be getting back on mine this Feb, so looking forward to the update of this. If it's a good result, which I think it will be, then I'll be copying you with the heat gun along with a fan heater 👍

Looking good great trick with the heat gun i would use eye protection bro and before you paint seam seal all the joints to stop the water getting behind them and can you stop using your old pants as a cloth lol and have you seen that mad man around with that scooter hes very dangerous
Yeah i know, i was to eger to give this ago, lol. Ive got seam sealer ready to go. Yeah i heard he is good at runningover toes lol.

Thank you very much for your videos which are extremely informative. I have watched quite a few now and they have been very helpful. I have just bought an ST220 to put on the track. Do you know if there is an air con delete option? Taking out all of the plumbing, compressor etc is simple but do you know if there is a shorter belt that I can use once the compressor is deleted? Otherwise is there an air con delete kit that you know of? Cheers..
Great work buddy but we’re you applied the rust treatment is there some welding needed . On camera it looks like there a rust hole just above the bolt hole

It would yeah, but i needed to heat the areas directly. Will heat the garage up better when insulated

@@chucky2316 does he? I know plenty of people, lol. Your right mate we do, thats why i do these vids to show my process and what im doing. We all have our tips and tricks ect and the channel is where everyone can put there help in too help others. Maybe i will head down to Devon to visit sometime.
@ChazzCoombes yeah he was into his 4x4's now he's a mazda boy. I was telling him I subbed to you and have learned alot about my mk4 mondy from you. Im just after a set of titanium x sport alloys for mine but they are silly money. Its a small world mate. I will be comming up youre way in a few months chazz.
