I used to love Alphalete but honestly the quality isn’t worth the price tag. I wash them on gentle and hang dry...still gets holes after a handful of washes. The few that don’t get damaged or ripped easily seem to just fit strange. I’m a size small and I can lay three leggings (same type) on top of each other and they are all different sizes. At the price of their leggings I expect better quality and consistency. The sports bras seem to hold up over time but sizing is wild. I have size S and XS and they all fit differently. Some S are huge, some are super small. Some XS are bigger than my S. It’s just a mess. Sucks because they are really pretty. The OGs are about 85% squat proof. Nothing too noticeable. The Amplifys are not squat proof at all. You’ll definitely need a nude underwear and maybe keep those for upper body days. I think the shorts are much better but that could be because you sized up.

First of all, you can wear whatever you want and whatever makes your heart sing and yes, the Amplify leggings are one of the best leggings I have ever owned, as a matter of fact my absolut favorite and you can definitely wear them also as a male if you like the b-scrunch. I know ppl that wear gym wear on a daily basis, I personaly don‘t because where I am from it would be too aggressive to wear such leggings in public, but you definitely can as they are comfortable enough. Have you already had chance to try them on?
